VBAP Holdings sold 1.4 percent equity stake in flexible workspace provider Awfis Space Solutions via open market transactions on September 30.

Awfis shares closed at Rs 569.8, down 0.04 percent with above-average volumes and formed Doji candlestick pattern on the daily charts after taking support at Rs 550 for fourth time since August 2025.

VBAP Holdings offloaded 9.96 lakh shares (1.39 percent stake) in <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/miscellaneous/awfisspacesolutions/ASS01">Awfis</a> at Rs 570.12 per share, amounting to Rs 56.8 crore.

This is the third sale transaction by VBAP Holdings since the start of September quarter, while its shareholding as of June 2025 was 5.92 percent (42.17 lakh shares). VBAP sold 7.6 lakh shares in Awfis at Rs 595.13 per share on July 30, and 8 lakh shares at Rs 578.9 per share on September 18, which in total selling 3.58 percent stake in September quarter.

Meanwhile, <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/aerospacedefence/nibe/KF">NIBE</a> was also in action, rising 2.43 percent to Rs 1,474.2. The stock has been in an uptrend since the second half of September despite intermittent correction, especially after consolidation breakout on September 15.

Venus Investments VCC - Venus Stellar Fund acquired 2,77,877 shares (1.9 percent stake) in NIBE at Rs 1,451 per share for Rs 40.3 crore from Aegis Investment Fund. As of June 2025, Aegis was holding 4.94 percent stake in the company.

<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/software/aaatechnologies/ATL">AAA Technologies</a> remained in focus for another session, rising 1.3 percent to Rs 79.61. Promoter Ruchi Anjay Agarwal offloaded 2.8 lakh shares in the company at Rs 79.6 per share, to M7 Global Fund PCC - Cell Dewcap Fund.

Since last week, promoters offloaded 12.52 lakh shares (9.76 percent stake) in AAA Technologies, the information technology and cyber security auditing &amp; consulting company.

Cognizant Capital Dynamic Opportunities Fund sold 1.7 lakh shares in <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/pharmaceuticalsdrugs/anonditamedicare/AML07">Anondita Medicare</a> at Rs 340.04 per share, while Finavenue Growth Fund, Nexus Equity Growth Fund, Niveshaay Hedgehogs Fund, Golden Equity Fund Series I, and Neo Apex Venture LLP acquired 8,47,200 shares in <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/textiles/truecolours/TCL05">True Colors</a> for Rs 15.89 crore on its listing day.

Listed mineral exploration company Deccan Gold Mine's shares ended sharply higher by nearly 6 percent on September 30 after the company said it is on track to commence production from a mine in Kyrgyzstan starting next month.

A company filing said the managing director met the Kyrgyz Republic's Ambassador to India in Chennai, and 'reaffirmed' the deepening economic partnership between both nations. Deccan Gold has a collaboration that has invested in the 'Altyn Tor' gold project in Kyrgyzstan, marked as 'first overseas mining investment' by an Indian company in the country. The gold miner said the projects is helping in its ambition to be a global mining player while advancing India’s Atmanirbhar vision in critical mineral resources.

Partnership with Kyrgyzstan

"The Altyn Tor project represents more than a milestone for Deccan Gold - it reflects India’s ability to shape the future of global mining while deepening our partnership with Kyrgyzstan," Hanuma Prasad Modali, Managing Director, <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/miningminerals/deccangoldmines/DGM">Deccan Gold Mines </a>said. The company added that it aims to develop a 'modern, inclusive resource economy' for both nations.

Tata Investment Corporation share price surged to a fresh 52-week high and settled at record high on Tuesday as Tata Capital gears up to launch its initial public offering (IPO) next week.

The stock climbed 20 percent to touch an intraday high of Rs 10,611.50 apiece on the NSE. It has advanced nearly 22 percent over the last three sessions and gained more than 54 percent in the past one month, according to exchange data.

Over 3.36 lakh shares were traded in 38 block deals, almost all at a premium to Monday's close, according to the NSE data. More than 4.7 million shares were traded in today's trading session, almost 12x their 30-day average.

"Our movie-making business has been stolen from the United States of America, by other Countries, just like stealing ‘candy from a baby’," Trump posted on Truth Social on Monday. "To solve this long time, never ending problem, I will be imposing a 100 percent Tariff on any and all movies that are made outside of the United States," he added.

The move is expected to impact the Indian film industry, which exports films in multiple languages to the US, where they enjoy significant popularity among the diaspora.

The Nifty Media index fell over 1 percent, with seven of its 10 constituents trading in the red.
