The company announced the upgradation of facilities of the Numaligarh–Siliguri Product Pipeline (NSPL), which aims to enhance the transportation capacity of the existing pipeline from 1.77 Million Metric Tonnes Per Annum (MMTPA) to 5.5 MMTPA, thereby strengthening company's midstream infrastructure to handle increased product flows from the Numaligarh refinery, company said in its exchange filing.

This achievement supplements the successful execution of the ongoing Numaligarh Refinery Expansion Project by Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) which will increase the refinery capacity from 3.0 MMTPA to 9.0 MMTPA, it added.

In another development the company signed a long-term firm gas sale and purchase agreement (GSPA) with North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO) for continued supply of 1.4 MMSCMD of natural gas to NEEPCO’s Assam Gas Based Power Station (AGBPS) at Bokuloni, Dibrugarh for another 15 years.

Last week, Oil India and Mahanagar Gas signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore opportunities across the LNG value chain and in emerging clean energy areas.

In the month of September, the company signed a MoU with GAIL (India) to strengthen cooperation across the natural gas value chain and unlock synergies for expanding access to cleaner energy across the country. Ans also announced the occurrence of natural gas in its 2nd exploratory well Vijayapuram-2 (Loc. Foreign investor Esvee Capital sold 3.8 lakh shares (0.95 percent stake) at Rs 122.09 per share, amounting to Rs 4.6 crore, against its shareholding of 1.38 percent as of June this year.

The stock price finished the trade at Rs 311.1, down 2.26 percent.

CLSA remains seller in WeWork for second day, Esvee Capital sells nearly 1% in Munjal Showa

CLSA Global Markets offloaded nearly 1.55 percent stake in WeWork India Management, the flexible workspace solutions provider, in the last two consecutive sessions via open market transactions, including 0.62 percent shares sold on October 13.

WeWork shares remained under pressure for another session, falling 2.45 percent to Rs 613.25 on October 13, in addition to 3 percent loss seen on October 10, the listing day.

CLSA Global Markets Pte Ltd-ODI sold 8,36,616 equity shares in WeWork India Management (0.62 percent stake) at Rs 618.55 per share, valued at Rs 51.7 crore on Monday. Last Friday, it had offloaded 12.5 lakh shares (0.93 percent stake) for Rs 78.97 crore.

As of October 8, CLSA had held 1.74 percent stake in WeWork. Considering the above shares sold, now its remaining stake stands at 0.19 percent.

Meanwhile, Munjal Showa shares crashed 10.52 percent on Monday to close at Rs 123.97, forming long bearish candle and trading far below its all-key moving averages. Foreign investor Esvee Capital sold 3.8 lakh shares (0.95 percent stake) at Rs 122.09 per share, amounting to Rs 4.6 crore, against its shareholding of 1.38 percent as of June this year.

The stock closed at Rs 664 per share on Monday. Earlier during the day, the stock fell more than 3 percent to hit an intraday low of Rs 658.10 apiece.

Earlier this month, the company fixed October 14 (tomorrow) as the record date for determining which shareholders are eligible to receive shares in its demerged commercial vehicle business. This means that investors who held Tata Motors shares as on the record date will be eligible for the demerger scheme.

These shareholders will get one share of the demerged entity for every one share of Tata Motors they own. The company said the equity shares to be issued by TML Commercial Vehicles Ltd (TMLCV) will be listed on both BSE and NSE on October 14.

The demerger has already become effective from October 1. The stock adjustment will take place tomorrow.
