The shares of <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/travel-services/yatraonline/YO">Yatra Online</a> jumped nearly 6 percent on November 13, extending sharp gains for the third consecutive session after the firm released strong results for the second quarter of the ongoing financial year 2026. The stock has now gained more than 35 percent in just three sessions.

The company had released its results on November 11. The shares hit a 52-week high of Rs 196.30 apiece earlier yesterday.

Yatra Online Q2 Results:

Yatra Online reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 14.28 crore for the July-September quarter of FY26. This is nearly double that of the Rs 7.3 crore net profit reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The firm's revenue from operations meanwhile jumped over 48 percent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 350.87 crore in Q2 FY26, from Rs 236.40 crore in Q2 FY25. EBITDA surged 125 percent YoY to Rs 24.8 crore during the quarter under review, with EBITDA margin at 20 percent.

Yatra Online announced that its gross debt reduced from Rs 54.6 crore in March to Rs 21.1 crore in September, reflecting its strong liquidity position.

“Looking ahead, we remain focused on scaling high-margin segments, deepening technology capabilities, and driving sustainable long-term value for stakeholders. On the back of the strong momentum we are also raising our Adjusted EBITDA guidance for the full year from the current growth guidance of 30% to a revised growth guidance of 35% - 40%,” said Yatra Online Whole Time Director cum CEO Dhruv Shringi.

Brokerages on Yatra Online:

JM Financial increased the target price for the stock to Rs 215 apiece from Rs 190 apiece, while maintaining its ‘Buy’ call. The latest target price implies an upside potential of more than 16 percent from the stock’s previous closing price.

The domestic brokerage said that the company delivered a healthy performance in Q2 led by strong momentum in its Hotels &amp; Packages (H&amp;P) segment.

“The management raised its FY26 guidance for revenue less service costs to 22–23% (from 20% earlier) and Adj. EBITDA growth to 35–40% (from 30%+) underpinned by robust corporate traction and improving operating leverage. We, however, continue to build above guidance estimates due to strong corporate client additions and margin normalisation expected in 2H,” JM Financial said.

Antique Stock Broking has a ‘Buy’ call on the stock, while raising the target price to Rs 230 per share. This implies an upside potential of more than 24 percent from the stock’s previous closing price.

The brokerage anticipates continued strong performance and expects the company’s FY26 PAT to rise to Rs 60 crore.

This comes against a net loss of Rs 16 crore reported during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The firm’s revenue from operations meanwhile rose nearly 20 percent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 4,295.5 crore in Q2 FY26, from Rs 3,590.4 crore reported in Q2 FY25. Its expenses grew over 18 percent YoY to Rs 4,205.3 crore during the quarter under review.

JM Financial on Biocon:

JM Financial kept a ‘Buy’ call on Biocon shares, while raising their target price to Rs 476 apiece. This implies an upside potential of more than 17 percent from the stock’s previous closing price. The domestic brokerage noted that the firm’s biosimilars grew at a “stellar” rate of 25 percent YoY, driven by market share gains and successful launches including bUstekinumab, bAspart, bBevacizumab and bAflibercept.

“We have revised our FY26/27/28 estimates on account of biosimilar ramp-up, the muted EBITDA trajectory and higher than anticipated minority payments. We remain confident on the company’s future prospects owing to the biosimilar scale-up, new launches, improving leverage and balance sheet strengthening,” it added.

Axis Securities on Biocon:

Axis Securities had a ‘Buy’ call on the stock, while raising its target price to Rs 450 per share. This implies an upside potential of around 10 percent from the stock’s previous closing price. The domestic brokerage said that the firm’s revenue, EBITDA margins and PAT were in-line with its estimates.

“Management expects strong double-digit revenue growth in FY26, driven by sustained momentum in Biosimilars, margin recovery in Generics from H2, and steady growth in the CRDMO segment. Recent launches, including Yesintek, Yesafili, Bevacizumab, Insulin Aspart, and Denosumab, are expected to accelerate growth in the Biosimilars business. Profitability is likely to improve through new generic launches such as Liraglutide, Sacubitril/Valsartan, and Everolimus, coupled with operating leverage benefits. It has however trimmed its earnings estimate for the stock to factor in procedural time required to add Insulin Aspart biosimilar in the formulary list, gradual reduction in interest costs, and R&amp;D spending to boost product pipeline across the biosimilar/generics segments.

The delivery of said order is scheduled to be completed over a period of four months.

The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 333.00 and a 52-week low of Rs 138.90 on 17 December, 2024 and 04 March, 2025, respectively.

Currently, the stock is trading 25.8 percent below its 52-week high and 77.9 percent above its 52-week low.

The loss was primarily driven by a one-time impairment of its Rs 914.7 crore investment in Moonshine Technologies (PokerBaazi), following the government's recent law that imposed a blanket ban on real-money games in the country.

Nazara Technologies also recognized Rs 206.3 crore as its share of loss from associate firm Nodwin Gaming for the period from August 13 to September 30 this year, largely due to a provision for impairment related to Freaks4U. In Q2 FY26, the firm booked an additional Rs 17.5 crore as its equity share of loss in Moonshine Technologies (PokerBaazi).

This was partly offset by a one-time gain of Rs 1,098.5 crore, after Nazara revalued its retained stake in Nodwin Gaming at fair value following its de-subsidiarisation, as the company's holding in Nodwin Gaming fell to 47.66 percent.

Nazara's EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) however surged by 146.4 percent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 62 crore for the quarter under review, from Rs 25.2 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's revenue from operations also jumped 65.1 percent YoY to Rs 526.5 crore for Q2 FY26, from Rs 318.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

In a statement, Nazara founder Nitish Mittersain said the accounting adjustments this quarter, including the Moonshine impairment and Nodwin fair value gain, are "one-time items and do not impact operating cash flows or the momentum of the company's core business."

Cochin Shipyard Q2 Results:

<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/ship-building/cochinshipyard/CS">Cochin Shipyard</a> on November 12 reported a standalone net profit of Rs 101.09 crore for Q2 FY26, marking a 48 percent YoY fall from the Rs 193.07 crore net profit reported in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

The firm’s revenue from operations meanwhile fell more than 13 percent YoY to Rs 951.30 crore during the quarter under review, from Rs 1,096.98 crore reported in Q2 FY25.

Along with the Q2 results, Cochin Shipyard announced an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share for the financial year 2026. The record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders set to receive the payment has been set at November 18, and the dividend will then be paid on or before December 11 this year.

Honasa Consumer shares climbed as much as 9 percent on Thursday after the company reported a return to profit in the September quarter.

The stock opened with a gain of 6.36 percent and touched an intraday high of Rs 308.20 apiece on the NSE, up 9.2 percent. It later pared some gains to trade at around Rs 295 per share by 10.15 am.

The company, which owns FMCG brands such as Mamaearth and The Derma Co, posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 39.22 crore for the July-September period. It had reported a loss of Rs 18.57 crore in the same quarter last year, according to a regulatory filing.

Revenue from operations rose 16.5 percent to Rs 538.06 crore in the quarter under review, compared to Rs 461.82 crore in the year-ago period. Total income, including other income, stood at Rs 558.20 crore, up 15.84 percent. Total expenses were marginally lower at Rs 505.45 crore.

"Our focus categories continued to contribute over 75 percent of total revenues, reaffirming the success of our category-first strategy. Deeper distribution and brand-building efforts have enhanced consumer engagement across India," Chairman and CEO &amp; Co-founder Varun Alagh said.

Mamaearth shares rise up to 9% as brokerages upbeat post-Q2 results; Jefferies sees 'glimpse of turnaround'

Honasa Consumer shares climbed as much as 9 percent on Thursday after the company reported a return to profit in the September quarter.

The stock opened with a gain of 6.36 percent and touched an intraday high of Rs 308.20 apiece on the NSE, up 9.2 percent. It later pared some gains to trade at around Rs 295 per share by 10.15 am.

The company, which owns FMCG brands such as Mamaearth and The Derma Co, posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 39.22 crore for the July-September period. It had reported a loss of Rs 18.57 crore in the same quarter last year, according to a regulatory filing.

Revenue from operations rose 16.5 percent to Rs 538.06 crore in the quarter under review, compared to Rs 461.82 crore in the year-ago period. Total income, including other income, stood at Rs 558.20 crore, up 15.84 percent. Total expenses were marginally lower at Rs 505.45 crore.
