Rain Industries

Promoter Nivee Holdings has acquired 4 lakh equity shares (0.1189 percent) of the company on March 24 and 80,000 shares (0.0238 percent) on March 25 via the open market, increasing its stake to 2.56 percent from 2.42 percent earlier.

Azad Engineering

The company has signed a long-term contract and price agreement for an eight-year term with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan (MHI), for the supply of highly engineered and complex hot-section nozzle vane segments of gas turbine engines.

Le Travenues Technology

Online bus ticketing platform AbhiBus (ixigo’s bus business) has announced a partnership with Fleetx, an AI-driven fleet intelligence platform, to introduce advanced video telematics and driver safety solutions across its bus operator network.

Sula Vineyards

The company has signed a definitive agreement with Moët Hennessy India to acquire Chandon’s world-class estate in Nashik, spread across 19 acres. The facility includes an advanced wine production unit with an annual capacity of 4.5 lakh litres, scalable up to 13 lakh litres.

Aurobindo Pharma

The company’s subsidiary, CuraTeQ Biologics, has entered into a marketing and distribution agreement with STADA Arzneimittel AG, a leading European healthcare and pharmaceuticals company.

Under the agreement, STADA will market and distribute two EMA-approved biosimilars developed by CuraTeQ in select European Union territories, including France and Germany.

Global Health

Medanta has announced plans to set up a 400-bed multi-specialty hospital in Varanasi. The total investment is estimated at approximately Rs 550 crore.

Capri Global Capital

The board has approved the issuance of a global medium-term note programme (GMTN Programme) worth up to $1 billion.

Exide Industries

The company has invested Rs 450 crore by subscribing to shares of its subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions, on a rights basis.

With this, the total investment in the subsidiary stands at Rs 4,802.23 crore. There is no change in the company’s shareholding percentage post the investment.

Bharat Dynamics

The company is currently establishing two additional manufacturing facilities in Telangana and Uttar Pradesh.

These facilities are in line with its current order book of around Rs 26,000 crore, with additional orders worth Rs 15,000 crore envisaged in FY 2026–27.

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency

IREDA has declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.6 per share for FY26.

NHPC

The board has approved a borrowing plan to raise debt of up to Rs 8,000 crore during FY 2026–27. This will be through non-convertible corporate bonds in one or more tranches via private placement and/or term loans or external commercial borrowings (ECB).

Life Insurance Corporation of India

The corporation has received a demand order for income tax of Rs 6,146.7 crore and interest of Rs 953.25 crore for FY 2021–22 from the Income Tax Department.

The financial impact will be to the extent of the tax and interest demanded.

Ola Electric Mobility

Ola Electric has launched its EndICEAge campaign, offering its electric vehicles—Gen 3 S1 X (2 kWh) and Roadster X (2.5 kWh)—at Rs 49,999, along with benefits of up to Rs 50,000 across the portfolio. The offer is valid till March 31, 2026.

The company has also introduced a service trust guarantee, offering free Ola cab vouchers in case of service delays beyond the stipulated timeframe, and launched a buyback guarantee to provide future value certainty.

Reliance Industries

The company has categorically rejected recent media reports alleging the purchase of crude oil of Iranian origin, calling them baseless, factually incorrect, and misleading.

It has urged media outlets to verify facts thoroughly before publication and refrain from disseminating unsubstantiated reports that can misinform stakeholders and the public.

Sammaan Capital

Societe Generale has acquired an additional 50.59 lakh shares (0.6 percent stake) in Sammaan Capital at Rs 149.92 per share, amounting to Rs 75.84 crore. This is in addition to the 1.49 percent stake held as of December 2025.

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery

Promoter Gadgil Renu Govind has acquired 7 lakh shares (2.2 percent stake) in Reva Diamonds for Rs 25.55 crore from RGSL Investment LVF 1 at Rs 365 per share.

Additionally, Niraj Rajnikant Shah has bought 3 lakh shares at Rs 367.8 per share (Rs 11.03 crore), while Sanjay Popatlal Jain sold a similar number of shares at the same price.

RGSL Investment Fund-RGSL held a 4.48 percent stake as of December 2025.

Apollo Pipes

Amicorp Capital (Mauritius) has acquired 7.01 lakh shares (1.59 percent stake) in Apollo Pipes for Rs 29.18 crore. Meanwhile, Classic Enterprises sold 5 lakh shares (1.1 percent stake) for Rs 20.8 crore.

The transaction price stood at Rs 416 per share.

Speb Adhesives

Navkar Ventures has acquired 2.64 lakh shares (1.17 percent stake) in Speb Adhesives for Rs 1.36 crore from Compact Structure Fund at Rs 51.75 per share.

Compact Structure Fund held an 8.75 percent stake as of December 5, 2025.

Jupiter Infomedia

Promoter Umesh Modi has sold 7.5 lakh shares (7.48 percent stake) in Jupiter Infomedia for Rs 3.69 crore, in addition to a 3.99 percent stake sold in the previous session, at Rs 49.2 per share.

Meanwhile, Divyeshkumar Mansukhlal Savaliya acquired 6.19 lakh shares for Rs 3.03 crore, and Arix Capital bought 1.5 lakh shares worth Rs 75 lakh.

Mahamaya Lifesciences

Kedia Securities, owned by investor Vijay Kedia, has acquired 1.69 lakh shares (0.72 percent stake) in Mahamaya Lifesciences at Rs 146.36 per share, amounting to Rs 2.47 crore.

Filatex Fashions

Promoter Prabhat Sethia has sold 4.45 crore shares (0.53 percent stake) in Filatex Fashions for Rs 71.29 lakh at Rs 0.16 per share.

During the current quarter (January–March), he has reduced a total of 7.7 percent stake, in addition to 5.06 percent sold in the previous quarter.

Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust

Prazim Trading and Investment Company, associated with Azim Premji Trust, has acquired 1.6 crore units (8.15 percent stake) in Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust for Rs 200 crore.

Meanwhile, Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus and its subsidiary SEPL Energy sold a combined 8.18 percent stake.

France-based financial services group Societe Generale has acquired additional shares worth Rs 76 crore in Sammaan Capital, the housing finance company, via open market transactions on March 25.

Perhaps the buying interest by Societe Generale in Sammaan Capital shares may be after the proposed investment of Abu Dhabi-based Royal Group in the company. The stock was the biggest gainer amongst F&amp;amp;O stocks, rising 6 percent to Rs 146.88 on the National Stock Exchange.

Royal Group-owned International Holding Company PJSC through Avenir Investment RSC has proposed to invest Rs 8,850 crore in Sammaan Capital via preferential issue. After completion of the preferential issue, Avenir will hold approximately 41.23 percent stake in the company, while post the preferential issue and the open offer, its holding will increase to 63.36 percent.

Societe Generale has acquired 50.59 lakh shares (0.6 percent stake) in Sammaan Capital (earlier known as Indiabulls Housing Finance) at Rs 149.92 per share for Rs 75.84 crore. This is in addition to 1.49 percent stake held by Societe as of December 2025.

Meanwhile, the action was also seen in Reva Diamonds which shares rose 0.41 percent to Rs 363.05, may be after promoter Gadgil Renu Govind buying 7 lakh shares (2.2 percent stake) in the diamond-studded jewellery maker for Rs 25.55 crore from RGSL Investment LVF 1. The transaction price was Rs 365 per share.

RGSL Investment Fund-RGSL, the alternate investment fund, held 4.48 percent stake in the company as of December 2025.

Additionally, Niraj Rajnikant Shah has bought 3 lakh shares in PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery at Rs 367.8 per share for Rs 11.03 crore, however, Sanjay Popatlal Jain sold almost same number of shares at same price for Rs 11.03 crore.

Amicorp Capital (Mauritius) has bought 7.01 lakh shares (1.59 percent stake) in Apollo Pipes, the PVC pipe &amp;amp; fittings manufacturer, for Rs 29.18 crore. However, Classic Enterprises sold 5 lakh shares (1.1 percent stake) for Rs 20.8 crore. Their transaction price was Rs 416 per share, while the stock was down 0.41 percent to Rs 414.5.

Speb Adhesives was locked in upper circuit at Rs 51.75 on the NSE, rising 2.78 percent after a day of sharp correction. Navkar Ventures has acquired 2.64 lakh shares (1.17 percent stake) in the solvent-based synthetic rubber adhesives maker for Rs 1.36 crore from Compact Structure Fund. The price at which shares exchanged was Rs 51.75 per share.

Compact Structure Fund held 8.75 percent stake in Speb Adhesives as of December 5, 2025.

Promoter Umesh Modi sold further 7.5 lakh shares (7.48 percent stake) in Jupiter Infomedia, the web-info media company, for Rs 3.69 crore, in addition to 3.99 percent stake offloaded in previous session. The selling price was Rs 49.2 per share, while the stock rose 2.1 percent to Rs 51.05.

However, Divyeshkumar Mansukhlal Savaliya has bought 6.19 lakh shares in Jupiter Infomedia at Rs 49.03 per share, valued at Rs 3.03 crore, while Arix Capital picked up 1.5 lakh shares at Rs 50 per share, amounting to Rs 75 lakh.

Investor Vijay Kedia-owned Kedia Securities has bought 1.69 lakh shares (0.72 percent stake) in Mahamaya Lifesciences, the crop protection company, at Rs 146.36 per share, valued at Rs 2.47 crore.

Perhaps, Mahamaya Lifesciences shares may have reacted to the transaction, rising 2.81 percent to Rs 148 amid high volumes.

Promoter Prabhat Sethia sold further 4.45 crore shares (0.53 percent stake) in the textile company Filatex Fashions for Rs 71.29 lakh. The selling price was Rs 0.16 per share, which is its all-time low price.

In current quarter (January-March), Prabhat Sethia, in total, has pared 7.7 percent stake (64.49 crore shares) in addition to 5.06 percent shareholding (42.2 crore shares) sold in previous quarter.

Samsung India Securities Master Investment Trust Equity sold 7.84 lakh shares (0.5 percent stake) in Vintage Coffee and Beverages at Rs 135.27 per share, valued at Rs 10.61 crore.

The action was also seen in Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust. Prazim Trading and Investment Company, which is associated with Azim Premij Trust, has acquired 1.6 crore units (8.15 percent stake) in the infrastructure investment trust for Rs 200 crore.

However, Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus sold 1.25 crore units for Rs 156.87 crore and its subsidiary SEPL Energy offloaded 35 lakh units for Rs 43.75 crore, totalling to 8.18 percent stake.

The transaction price was Rs 125 per unit. Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus held 15.04 percent stake in Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, while Azim Premij Trust owned 2.55 percent stake.

The transaction was also seen in Brookfield-backed Energy Infrastructure Trust, which was down 1.89 percent to Rs 78. Brookfield Corporation-backed Rapid Holdings 2 - the sponsor for the said infrastructure investment trust - sold 1.84 crore units (2.77 percent stake) at Rs 78 per unit, valued at Rs 143.91 crore.

The Bank Nifty extended its gains for a second straight session on Wednesday, rising 2 percent on value buying in banking shares.

The index had fallen over 7 percent in the previous three sessions before rebounding on Tuesday. With the latest advance, it has gained about 4.5 percent over the past two sessions.

Shares of HDFC Bank rose 2.1 percent, adding to the previous session’s 2.8 percent gain, after the lender tapped external law firms to review the former chairman’s resignation.

AU Small Finance Bank emerged as the top gainer in the index, rising 3.44 percent to Rs 907.7 per share on the NSE.

Union Bank of India and IndusInd Bank also advanced, gaining 3.1 percent and 3.94 percent, respectively.

Market sentiment improved following reports of easing tensions between the US and Iran, including a proposed ceasefire. The development led to a cooling in crude oil prices from elevated levels, easing concerns around inflation and global economic stability. This, in turn, triggered short covering and fresh buying in equities.
Outlook
Aakash Shah, Technical Research Analyst at Choice Equity Broking, said support is seen around 53,700–53,800, while resistance lies in the 54,300–54,400 range. He added that the RSI at 31.37 indicates the index is nearing oversold levels.

Sudeep Shah, Head of Technical and Derivatives Research at SBI Securities, said the 53,000–53,100 zone will act as immediate resistance for the index.

&quot;A sustained move above 53,100 could extend the pullback rally towards the 53,600 level in the near term. On the downside, the 52,200–52,100 zone is a crucial support region for Bank Nifty,&quot; he said.

JM Financial has maintained a ‘Buy’ rating on Global Health Ltd, operating Medanta Hospitals, with a target price of Rs 1,382, up 42 percent from current price, citing improving earnings visibility, margin expansion tailwinds and a more reasonable valuation backdrop.

The brokerage noted that the stock has corrected around 30 percent over the past six months and about 15 percent in the last month, driven by concerns around the Noida greenfield unit and geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. However, it said these factors are transitory and likely to normalise over the coming quarters.

Medanta is currently trading at 21x FY27E EBITDA, implying a 25 percent discount to its historical average. The brokerage highlighted that the company has limited exposure of around 2 percent of sales to Middle East patients, which can be offset by incremental domestic demand and inflows from other geographies.

Operationally, JM Financial said the company remains on a steady growth trajectory, supported by strong performance at its core Gurugram facility and improving network occupancy, which is trending toward 60 percent as newer assets ramp up.

The brokerage also pointed to Medanta’s strong positioning in quaternary care, which continues to support robust average revenue per patient (ARPP), comparable to peers such as Max. The company is also expanding capacity, with plans to scale to around 6,382 beds by FY29 from 3,579 currently, which is expected to drive operating leverage and EBITDA expansion.

JM Financial expects the company to deliver revenue, EBITDA and profit after tax CAGR of 14 percent, 26 percent and 32 percent, respectively, over FY26–FY28.

On the Noida facility, the brokerage said performance in Q3FY26 was broadly in line, with revenue of Rs 343 crore and an EBITDA loss of around Rs 32 crore, indicating that losses are likely near their peak. The facility added 102 beds during the quarter, taking the total to 328 beds, along with the commissioning of additional operating theatres.

Doctor onboarding has progressed well, with around 220 consultants hired and most key positions filled, although some specialties are yet to be operational. Revenue momentum improved through December and has sustained post-quarter, supported by gradual activation of key specialties.

JM Financial said visibility on the Noida ramp-up is improving, supported by the completion of the NABH audit and faster empanelments, with meaningful contributions expected from February 2026. Occupancy is expected to scale up steadily and align with company-level benchmarks over time.

The brokerage added that oncology infrastructure is largely in place, with radiation therapy expected to commence soon, which should support improvement in case mix. It also highlighted that the upcoming Jewar airport could act as a structural demand driver through incremental medical value travel inflows over the medium term.

JM Financial maintains ‘Buy’ on Medanta; sets target price higher by 42% at Rs 1,382

Ceigall India share price rose more than 3 percent in the opening trade on March 25 following the company bagged two orders worth Rs 297 crore from Purvah Green Power to be executed in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

At 09:18am, Ceigall India was quoting at Rs 273.95, up Rs 8.95, or 3.38 percent, on the BSE.

The company bagged an order of Rs 119.96 crore for supply, transportation, erection including civil work on turnkey basis for a 220 kV transmission line including the right of way and statutory approvals.

Also, it received construction works of Rs 177.93 crore for balance of plant for the 300.3 MW hybrid (wind) power project in Ralla A.P (Project) comprising 91 wind turbine generators (WTGs), including construction, completion, and testing of the WTG foundations and the access roads and pathways.

Both these order is to be executed in 10 months.

Earlier, in this month, the National Highways Authority of India has awarded a contract worth Rs 603 crore to company's subsidiary Ceigall Infra Projects.

Also, said subsidiary emerged as lowest bidder for two tenders of Rs 207 crore of Punjab Infrastructure Development Board and company's JV with Rajinder Infrastructure bagged Rs 274.08 crore contract from Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 265.00, up Rs 1.60, or 0.61 percent.

The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 308.30 and a 52-week low of Rs 223.00 on 10 February, 2026 and 09 December, 2025, respectively.

Currently, the stock is trading 14.04 percent below its 52-week high and 18.83 percent above its 52-week low.

The market capitalisation of the company stands at Rs 4,616.43 crore.
