The company has signed a significant workspace leasing agreement with a leading GCC client in Pune. The client has taken up 1,140 seats at IndiQube Orchid, spread across multiple floors. The deal is valued at around Rs 54 crore over a tenure of five years.

NTPC

The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Octopus Energy Group, a leader in clean energy and digital energy platforms, to explore strategic collaboration across the power and energy sector.

Samvardhana Motherson International

The Board has approved the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding, a company incorporated under the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This strategic partnership will enable the company, via its logistics solutions division, to provide supply chain solutions to the automotive industry and support customers with essential logistics requirements.

Shanthi Gears

Ranjan Kumar Pati has stepped down as the Chief Financial Officer (and KMP) of the company, effective March 19.

JSW Cement

The company has successfully commissioned its greenfield integrated cement plant in Nagaur, Rajasthan, with a cement grinding capacity of 2.5 MTPA and clinkerisation capacity of 3.3 MTPA. This is its first production unit in North India.

With this plant, JSW Cement’s total grinding capacity has increased to 24.1 MTPA. The company’s total clinker manufacturing capacity (including capacity at its joint venture, JSW Cement FZC) now stands at 9.74 MTPA.

Archean Chemical Industries

The Board has approved the merger of Idealis Chemicals with Idealis Mudchemie.

Idealis Chemicals is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, while Idealis Mudchemie is a wholly owned subsidiary of Idealis Chemicals.

Tata Elxsi

The company has launched the Terumo–Tata Elxsi Offshore Development Center for Terumo Corporation, a global medical innovation company.

Nestle India

The company has added a new Munch production line at its Sanand factory in Gujarat, with an investment of Rs 225 crore.

Gillette India

The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board has approved the renewal of the Consent to Operate (CTO) for the company’s manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi.

Amber Enterprises India

The company has approved an additional investment of Rs 296.02 crore in its subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India), by subscribing to its rights issue.

Meanwhile, the Board of Directors of IL JIN Electronics (India) has approved raising additional capital of up to Rs 328.12 crore via a rights issue of equity shares.

The said rights issue is intended to support IL JIN’s strategic initiatives.

Tata Investment Corporation

The Board has designated Bahram N Vakil, an Independent Director, as Vice Chairman of the company, effective March 20.

Wipro

The company has announced the launch of a new hub at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), Gandhinagar, to deliver advanced technology services to global banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) clients.

Reliance Industries

The company's subsidiary Reliance Jio added a net 24.37 lakh mobile subscribers in January 2026, compared to an addition of 29.6 lakh subscribers in December 2025.

Bharti Airtel

The company added a net 44.06 lakh mobile users in January 2026, compared to an addition of 54.28 lakh users in December 2025.

Vodafone Idea

The telecom operator reported a net loss of 4.11 lakh mobile users in January 2026, compared to a loss of 9.40 lakh subscribers in December 2025.

Rajputana Stainless

Mauritius-based investment fund Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC, through its Citadel Capital Fund, acquired 12.5 lakh shares of Rajputana Stainless for Rs 15.25 crore, while its Elite Capital Fund bought 9 lakh shares for Rs 10.98 crore.

In total, Craft Emerging Market Fund acquired 21.5 lakh shares (a 2.57 percent stake) at an average price of Rs 122 per share.

Additionally, Sapan Anil Shah HUF bought 5.3 lakh shares at Rs 119.51 per share for Rs 6.3 crore, while Smital Suresh Thakkar purchased 5.4 lakh shares at Rs 122 per share, valued at Rs 6.58 crore.

Bliss GVS Pharma

Mateus acquired an additional 9.33 lakh shares (0.9 percent stake) in Bliss GVS Pharma at Rs 210.81 per share for Rs 19.68 crore.

However, Arian Investment sold 10 lakh shares (0.94 percent stake) at Rs 210.82 per share for Rs 21.08 crore.

As of December 2025, Mateus held a 2.42 percent stake in the company, while Arian Investment held a 4.72 percent stake.

Mauritius-based investment fund Craft Emerging Market Fund has acquired 2.57 percent equity stake in Rajputana Stainless, the stainless steel products maker, via open market transactions on March 19.

Rajputana Stainless shares remained below its issue price of Rs 122 after gap-down opening, closing 7.35 percent lower at Rs 113.03 on the National Stock Exchange.

Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC through its Citadel Capital Fund has acquired 12.5 lakh Rajputana shares for Rs 15.25 crore, while its Elite Capital Fund bought 9 lakh shares for Rs 10.98 crore.

In total, Craft Emerging Market Fund picked up 21.5 lakh shares (2.57 percent stake) and the buying price was Rs 122 per share.

In addition, Sapan Anil Shah HUF has bought 5.3 lakh shares in Rajputana at Rs 119.51 per share for Rs 6.3 crore, and Smital Suresh Thakkar 5.4 lakh shares at Rs 122 per share, valued at Rs 6.58 crore.

Meanwhile, the brisk action was also seen in Bliss GVS Pharma, the Mumbai-based pharmaceutical company. Mateus has bought additional 9.33 lakh shares (0.9 percent stake) in Bliss GVS Pharma at Rs 210.81 per share for Rs 19.68 crore. However, Arian Investment sold 10 lakh shares (0.94 percent stake) in Bliss GVS at Rs 210.82 per share for Rs 21.08 crore.

As of December 2025, Mateus held 2.42 percent stake in Bliss GVS, while Arian Investment's shareholding in the company was 4.72 percent shares.

Bliss GVS Pharma shares shed 3.82 percent on Thursday following rally in the previous two sessions.

HDFC Bank share price declined sharply on Thursday, hitting a fresh 52-week low after part-time chairman Atanu Chakraborty resigned, citing ethical concerns, raising governance worries among investors.

The stock fell as much as 8.7 percent to Rs 770 per share on the NSE. It opened gap-down with similar losses and extended the decline for a second straight session. The shares later recovered some ground to settle at Rs 800, down 5.11 percent.

At the day’s low, the stock recorded its steepest fall in more than two years and was among the top losers on the benchmark Nifty50 index.

Om Ghawalkar, market analyst at Share.Market (PhonePe Wealth), said HDFC Bank has been in a &quot;decisive Stage 4 decline&quot; since January 5, 2026, correcting more than 20 percent.

&quot;While these levels may offer value for long-term investors, it is advisable to wait for a confirmed reversal in both the stock and the broader market before building fresh positions,&quot; he said.

He added that immediate support for the stock is seen in the Rs 700–715 range, while resistance is placed between Rs 850 and Rs 860.

The broader banking index also witnessed selling pressure. The Bank Nifty index ended 3.39 percent lower at 53,451.

Ghawalkar said the index formed a &quot;gravestone doji&quot; on the daily chart, indicating a bearish reversal. &quot;The index has immediate support at 52,600, while resistance is seen at 56,300,&quot; he added.

Following the developments, brokerage firm Macquarie removed HDFC Bank from its marquee buy list.

Meanwhile, HDFC Bank said the part-time chairman’s exit could be due to a rift with the management team and maintained that there were no material issues at the bank.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said HDFC Bank remains a domestic systemically important bank with sound financials and a professional management.

&quot;There are no material concerns on record regarding its conduct or governance,&quot; the central bank said in a statement.

The RBI has approved the appointment of former HDFC Group executive Keki Mistry as interim non-executive chairman for three months. Mistry said there had been no discussion on governance issues within the board.

Shares of household appliances companies rose by up to 14 percent on Thursday, tracking a surge in demand for induction cooktops and electric kettles amid escalating tensions in West Asia.

Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances, backed by Crompton, climbed 13.64 percent to touch an intraday high of Rs 673.95 per share on the NSE. The stock has risen for the past two trading sessions.

TTK Prestige shares gained 5.3 percent to an intraday high of Rs 503 per share on the NSE, after declining for four consecutive sessions earlier.

Stove Kraft advanced 6.65 percent to Rs 526 per share on the NSE, extending gains for the second straight session. Hawkins Cookers was also trading up by about 1 percent.

The rally in these stocks comes amid concerns over disruptions in liquefied natural gas (LNG) supplies after Qatar reported damage following an Iranian missile strike at Ras Laffan, the world’s largest LNG facility.

Ras Laffan is a key global export hub, and any disruption to its infrastructure could impact the availability and pricing of gas, affecting countries dependent on LNG imports.

Sales of induction cooktops and electric kettles has already surged in the wake of cooking gas supply concerns.

Qatari authorities said late Wednesday that Ras Laffan Industrial City, which houses the LNG facility accounting for about a fifth of global supply before production was halted earlier this month, was hit by an Iranian missile after four others were intercepted. Hours later, Abu Dhabi shut its Habshan gas facilities following debris from an intercepted strike.

Tata Group's Croma recently said it has observed a threefold jump in demand for induction cooktops over the past few days, while Stovekraft Ltd, the company behind the popular kitchen appliance brand Pigeon, noted that its average weekly online sales have jumped four times.

&quot;At Croma, we have observed a sharp and immediate uptick in demand for induction cooktops over the past few days. Our average daily run rate has surged significantly,&quot; Infiniti Retail Ltd (Croma) CEO &amp;amp; MD Shibashish Roy said.

Industry players said they expect the shift towards energy-efficient and alternative cooking solutions to continue as consumers increasingly look for reliable and cost-effective kitchen appliances.

Petronet LNG and GAIL (India) shares fell up to 8 percent on Thursday after Qatar reported damage following an Iranian missile strike at Ras Laffan, the world’s largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility.

Shares of Petronet LNG declined as much as 7.72 percent to an intraday low of Rs 269.10 on the NSE. The stock had opened 2.74 percent lower and reversed gains seen over the previous two sessions. The stock pared some losses and settled at Rs 271.9 per share, down 6.76 percent.

GAIL (India) shares also slipped after two days of gains, touching an intraday low of Rs 143.8, down 4.75 percent, also its 52-week low.

The decline in the stocks comes amid concerns over potential disruptions in LNG supply. Ras Laffan is a key global export hub, and any damage to its infrastructure raises uncertainty over availability and pricing of gas, impacting companies dependent on LNG imports.

The developments mark a further escalation in regional tensions, following a series of attacks on oil and gas infrastructure in recent days. Crude oil and natural gas prices had surged earlier after Israel targeted Iran’s South Pars gas field. Tehran subsequently warned that energy facilities in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates could be considered “legitimate targets.”
