Hindustan Aeronautics

The company has entered into an agreement with General Electric Company, USA, for the supply of 113 F404-GE-IN20 engines and a support package for the execution of the 97 LCA Mk1A programme. The United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) completed an onsite clinical inspection from November 3 to 6, 2025, at the company’s Bioresearch Centre in Pune. The US health regulator concluded the inspection with zero Form 483 observations.

The Madras High Court has dismissed the writ petition filed in 2013 by John Distilleries, which sought cancellation of Allied Blenders &amp;amp; Distillers’ trademark ‘Officer’s Choice’ (label). Havells India has signed a settlement agreement with the HPL Group and its promoters, paying an amount of Rs 129.60 crore to the HPL Group.

As part of the settlement, the HPL Group acknowledges Havells India and its promoters’ absolute rights to the ‘HAVELLS’ mark since 1971. The HPL Group has waived any claims to the ‘HAVELLS’ mark and has undertaken not to use or challenge the mark in any form. Additionally, the HPL Group has agreed to change the corporate names of its entities — Havell’s Private Limited and Havells Electronics Private Limited — to names not containing ‘HAVELLS’.

Pastel, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singtel, sold 5.1 crore equity shares (0.89 percent of paid-up equity) in Bharti Airtel at Rs 2,030.37 per share for a total consideration of Rs 10,354.9 crore. As of September 2025, Pastel held an 8.32 percent stake in Airtel.

Amansa Holdings, the Singapore-based investment management firm founded by Akash Prakash, has offloaded 9.4 lakh shares (0.85 percent stake) in Cyient at Rs 1,101.23 per share, amounting to Rs 104.03 crore. As of September 2025, Amansa held a 3.55 percent stake in Cyient.

The shares of Amber Enterprises and Venky's dropped sharply in trade on November 7 after the July-September quarter results for the two firms failed to meet analysts' expectations. DAM Capital shares meanwhile jumped more than 12 percent.

Amber Enterprises and DAM Capital had released their respective Q2 results in the post-market hours of November 6, while Venky's announced its earnings for the quarter under review earlier in the morning today.

Amber Enterprises Q2 Results:

<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/miscellaneous/amberenterprisesindialimited/AEI01">Amber Enterprises</a> reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 32.86 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2026, as against a net profit of Rs 19.20 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The firm's revenue from operations meanwhile fell more than 2 percent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 1,647 crore in Q2 FY26, from Rs 1,685 crore in Q2 FY25. Amber Enterprises reported a 19 percent YoY decline in its operating EBITDA to Rs 98 crore during the quarter under review.

"The RAC industry got impacted by non-conducive weather and deferment of purchase inbetween announcement &amp; implementation of GST rate reduction, despite the challenges we delivered flattish Revenue of ₹ 1,647 Cr, and Operating EBITDA of ₹ 98 Cr, reflecting decline of 19% YoY and Loss after tax of ₹ 32 Cr in Q2FY26. The PAT during the period got further impacted by the higher financing cost owing to Power-One stake purchase &amp; elevated inventory levels; and share of loss of JVs. On way forward, inventories are getting to the normalised levels,” said Amber Enterprises MD Daljit Singh.

Jefferies said that the company missed earnings estimates on weakness in the consumer durables segment, led by RAC (room air-conditioners).

The shares of the company plunged 14 percent to trade at Rs 6,736.50 apiece, the lowest level seen by the stock in more than four months.

Venky’s Q2 Results:

<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/miscellaneous/venkys/V03">Venky’s (India)</a> reported a net loss of Rs 26.5 crore in the second quarter of FY26, as against a net profit of Rs 7.76 crore reported in the same period of the previous financial year. The firm’s revenue from operations meanwhile increased 3 percent YoY to Rs 800.87 crore during the quarter under review.

The firm said that the Poultry and Poultry Products segment continued to face challenges. Its performance was negatively impacted due to lower realisations from the sale of day-old chicks and grown-up birds. Animal Health Products segment's performance has been satisfactory, it added, while saying that oilseed segment continued to show steady improvement.

The shares of the company sharply plunged nearly 9 percent to trade at Rs 1,391.20 apiece.

DAM Capital Q2 Results:

This marks a whopping 141 percent YoY surge from the Rs 21.67 crore net profit reported in the same period of the previous financial year.

The firm’s revenue from operations meanwhile rose over 69 percent YoY to Rs 107.05 crore. DAM Capital said its best-ever quarterly performance in Q2 FY26 was driven by a revival in India’s capital markets and strong execution across products. “During the quarter, the firm successfully completed 12 transactions including 9 Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), 2 Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), 1 Preferential Issue, while adding 3 new IPO mandates,” it said.

“Q2 FY26 was a landmark quarter for DAM Capital— our highest-ever performance—as capital market activity rebounded.
