Promoter entity Samayat Services has pared nearly 14 percent equity stake in Vishal Mega Mart, the fashion-focused hypermarket and value retail chain, for Rs 7,635.6 crore via open market transactions on February 27. However, HDFC MF, and Government of Singapore among 3 investors picked up 6.3 percent shares.

<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/householdpersonal-products/vishalmegamart/VMML">Vishal Mega Mart</a> shares reacted to the big stake sale by promoter, falling 7.65 percent to close at Rs 117.78 after gap-down opening, amid high volumes.

Samayat Services LLP sold 21.75 crore equity shares in Vishal Mega Mart at Rs 117 per share for Rs 2,544.75 crore, and 43.5 crore shares at Rs 117.03 per share for Rs 5,090.8 crore, taking the total stake sale to 13.96 percent of paid-up equity.

Total promoters' shareholding in the company was 54.09 percent as of December 2025.

However, of which, HDFC Mutual Fund has acquired additional 9.4 crore shares (equivalent to 2.01 percent of paid-up equity) in the retail chain for Rs 1,100.5 crore. The asset management company through HDFC Large Cap Fund was holding 6.13 percent stake in the firm.

Further, Government of Singapore has bought 12.69 crore shares in Vishal Mega Mart for Rs 1,485.1 crore, and Monetary Authority of Singapore picked up 7.32 crore shares for Rs 857.59 crore.

The buying price for Vishal Mega Mart by above-mentioned investors was Rs 117 per share.

Vishal Mega Mart had launched its mega IPO in December 2024, and raised Rs 8,000 crore.

Meanwhile, <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/hospitalhealthcare-services/gaudiumivfwomenhealth/GIAWHL">Gaudium IVF and Women Health</a> shares rose 1.59 percent on its listing day today, closing at Rs 80.26 on the NSE. GDN Investments has acquired 20 lakh shares in the fertility services provider at Rs 83.3 per share for Rs 16.66 crore, and Param Capital bought 25 lakh shares at Rs 85.51 per share, valued at Rs 21.37 crore.

However, Minerva Emerging Opportunities Fund pared 10 lakh shares in Gaudium IVF at Rs 83 per share for Rs 8.3 crore, and Neomile India Opportunity Fund offloaded 15.76 lakh shares at Rs 84.89 per share for Rs 13.38 crore.

Before the listing of Gaudium IVF, Minerva Emerging Opportunities Fund held 1.65 percent stake (12.04 lakh shares), and Neomile India Opportunity Fund 2.2 percent shareholding (16.04 lakh shares).

BNP Paribas Financial Markets has bought 47.33 lakh shares (0.59 percent stake) in <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/miscellaneous/irctc-indianrailwaycateringtourismcorp/IRC">Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation</a>-IRCTC, the state-owned ticketing, catering, and tourism services provider, at Rs 569.91 per share, valued at Rs 269.74 crore, and picked up 49.5 lakh shares (0.75 percent stake) in food services company <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/miscellaneous/jubilantfoodworks/JF04">Jubilant Foodworks</a> at Rs 519.67 per share, amounting to Rs 257.2 crore.

IRCTC shares plunged 4.27 percent to Rs 569.55, the lowest closing level since April 5, 2023, while Jubilant Foodworks shares gained 0.73 percent to finish at Rs 519.9 on the NSE.

The price at which both promoters pared stake was Rs 1,190 per share.

However, Societe Generale, the bank based in France, has acquired 8.4 lakh shares (0.8 percent) in Home Finance at Rs 1,190 per share, valued at Rs 100 crore, while Pictet Group's Pictet - Indian Equities bought 17.97 lakh shares (1.72 percent stake) at Rs 1,189.88 per share, amounting to Rs 213.84 crore.

Meanwhile, Motilal Oswal Financial Services has acquired 3.5 lakh shares (1.65 percent stake) in <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/automobile-23-wheelers/zelioe-mobility/ZEL">Zelio E Mobility</a>, the electric scooter maker, at Rs 280 per share, for Rs 9.8 crore.

The action was also seen in <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/transport-infrastructure/capitalinfratrust/CIT02">Capital Infra Trust</a>, the infrastructure investment trust sponsored by Gawar Construction, which declined 1.06 percent to end at all-time closing low of Rs 69.32.

Larsen &amp; Toubro, which held 4.7 percent stake in the InvIT, has acquired additional 56 lakh units (1.1 percent stake) in Capital Infra Trust at Rs 69.5 per unit for Rs 38.92 crore, however, TEPARF-ST - Tata Equity Plus Absolute Returns Fund sold 69.66 lakh units (1.4 percent stake) at same price, valued at Rs 48.4 crore.

S Gupta Holding has picked up 2.43 lakh shares (0.55 percent stake) in <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/plastics/apollopipes/ALF02">Apollo Pipes</a>, the PVC pipes and fittings manufacturer, at Rs 341.32 per share for Rs 8.29 crore. The stock rose 2.03 percent to Rs 347.2, extending upward journey for another session.

Think Investments PCC sold 11.2 lakh shares (1.37 percent stake) in <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/engineering-construction/arisinfrasolutions/ASL12">Arisinfra Solutions</a>, a B2B technology platform that acts as a intermediary between construction material supplies, and developers, at Rs 115.76 per share for Rs 13 crore, however, Mahevarsh Fincon bought 4.96 lakh shares (0.6 percent stake) at Rs 115.48 per share, valued at Rs 5.7 crore.

Arisinfra Solutions shares rallied 4 percent to close at Rs 114.81 after losing 6 percent from day's high of Rs 122.30.

The company plans to launch Semaglutide injection under the brand names – SEMAGLYNTM, MASHEMATM and ALTERMETM, upon patent expiry in India.

The Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) had earlier provided its approval for manufacturing and marketing Semaglutide injection for the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity.

Xtglobal Infotech

The company's US subsidiary XTGlobal Inc has bagged order from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for Al enablement for engineering services.

The work order is for a six-month program increment commencing March 16 and concluding on September 30, 2026. The maximum amount payable under the work order is US$ 0.79 million (approximately Rs 7.2 crore), payable against defined milestone-based deliverables.

KP Energy

The company has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Enerparc Energy for the development of a 40.8 MW wind-solar hybrid power project in Gujarat, comprising approximately 20.2 MW of wind capacity and 20.6 MWp of solar capacity.

Rail Vikas Nigam

The company has received LOA from National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) for development of township in Kirandul, Chhattisgarh. The project cost is Rs 371.69 crore.

ACME Solar Holdings

The company through its subsidiary ACME Suryodaya has commissioned the first phase of 19 MW/38 MWh out of 285 MW/600 MWh capacity of battery energy storage system (BESS) project at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. This project will currently be deployed as a merchant capacity while ACME Solar Holdings retains flexibility to shift to a long term PPA in future.

The commercial operation date for the said Phase–I will be February 27.

NTPC Green Energy

The first part capacity of 50 MW out of 200 MW Dayapar Wind Energy Project Phase-II in Gujarat of company's subsidiary NTPC Renewable Energy has been declared on commercial operation.

The current commercial capacity of NTPC Green Energy group stands at 9,151.08 MW. With the addition of this capacity, the total installed capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Group will increase to 9201.08 MW.

Aditya Infotech

Promoter Hari Khemka Business Family Trust sold 17.66 lakh shares (equivalent to 1.5 percent of paid-up equity) in CP Plus, for Rs 260 crore. The price at which promoter sold its stake in the company was Rs 1,471.3 per share.

Promoter Rishi Khemka also offloaded 0.5 percent shares through open market route.

Further, investor Dixon Technologies, which has 6.22 percent stake as of December 2025, offloaded 44.95 lakh shares (3.8 percent stake) in the company to 12 investors for Rs 660.89 crore. The transaction price was Rs 1,470 per share.
