Furthermore, the commercial real estate segment has witnessed a resurgence in leasing and rental renewals, driven by the return to office trend. Business expansion and diversification strategies have piqued the interest of both domestic and international investors, particularly in leasing Grade A assets across major and tier cities. Notably, the Indian real estate industry is poised for remarkable growth, with projections suggesting a market size of $1 trillion by 2030, a substantial leap from its $200 billion valuation in 2021.
