For over a decade, CNBC-AWAAZ, in collaboration with RR Kabel, has been at the forefront of recognizing excellence in the real estate industry. Hosting the 14th edition of the Real Estate Awards marks a significant milestone, underscoring our unwavering dedication to honoring projects that have made a notable impact. Our objective is to spotlight the efforts of builders, architects, and contractors who have tirelessly contributed to these successful projects.This year, we were overwhelmed by the response, receiving over 10,000 nominations from the real estate fraternity, all meticulously evaluated by our esteemed knowledge partners, Knight Frank. Through a rigorous selection process, including a comprehensive multi-city survey, we identify India's most outstanding projects and the teams behind them. With the conclusion of zonal awards across four cities, we now head to the finals, where zonal winners will compete for the coveted National title, selected by an esteemed jury.

The grand finale promises an grand evening that will bring together policymakers, real estate experts, and corporate leaders for an industry-studded ceremony.

The Final Awards are scheduled to be held on 30th August, Mumbai.
