The Real Estate Awards have been acknowledging real estate developers for their innovation in property planning & development for the past 13 years. This year, in addition to awarding entries in the Residential, Retail, and Commercial categories, there are two new categories: PropTech and ESG Champions. Right from tech-enabled services, state-of-the-art infrastructure to a host of new age amenities, developers can now showcase their marquee properties under five distinct categories. Further within these categories are several sub-categories for judging the best projects, thus giving every developer a holistic opportunity to compete and win.
