Terms & Conditions for the microsite for ‘Options Certifications Course- Level 1’ (the “Course”) (https://www.moneycontrol.com/quantsappoption1).

By visiting the Microsite and/or registering for the Course on it, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

We may change the Options Certifications Courses Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Microsite shall mean that you accept any new or modified terms and conditions in the Options Certifications Courses Terms & Conditions. Please re-visit the Microsite from time to time to stay abreast of any changes that we may introduce.

Options Certifications Course- Level 1 is an 8 (eight) day live session course conducted twice over a period of 4(four) weeks which shall help the Participants to learn basics of options trading. This Course is owned, operated, hosted and conducted by Quantsapp Private Limited (‘Quantsapp”) and their qualified experts on their official platform ‘www.quantsapp.com’.

1. By registering for the Course, you (“you/your/Participant”) in addition to the General Terms & Condition’s, you agree to the below mentioned Specific Terms & Conditions.

2.Participant Requirements

2.1. Access. Your payment and registration entitle you to access the Course for which you have registered. On successful payment of registration fees, you will be eligible to take the Course. Below are the steps to register for the Course:

(i) The Participant will have to first go on to the Microsite and select the Course or can click on various entry points through banners, etc that are run for marketing of the Course.

(ii) On selecting the Course/ clicking on banners/ other entry points that are run for the Course, the Participant will be taken to the specific landing page of the Course which will provide a detailed jist of what the Course offers, its features and registration fees etc.

(iii) If the Participant, wishes to register/enroll the Course then he/she will have to go to the proceed section, wherein they will have to pay for such registration/enrollment.

(iv) All the payment towards the registration will be made on the Microsite itself i.e all the registration fees will be collected solely by Moneycontrol.

(v) Once the Participant has successfully paid the registration fees towards the registration/enrolment of the Course, the Participant will be eligible to access the Course and its services directly by logging using their credentials on Quantsapp’s official website i.e www.quantsapp.com .

2.2. Course Content. The recordings of the Course content/sessions will be available to you at www.quantsapp.com and the same shall only be available for a period 1 (one) month from the date the Course completes/ends.

2.3. Moneycontrol shall not be liable to consider any registration which you have made via/through Quantsapp’s website/platform. No claims or objections shall be entertained in this regard.

2.4. Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by Moneycontrol to conduct further or other courses.

2.5. The Management of Moneycontrol & its subsidiaries/group companies and/or Quantsapp reserve the right to cancel / postpone /stop this Course at its sole discretion or change all or any part of terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and without being liable for any losses/damages/claims etc.

3.e-Eighteen.Com Limited and/or Moneycontrol(“we/our/E18/Moneycontrol”) is a mere facilitator and collecting payments on behalf of Quantsapp. The Service (defined herein below) shall be provided to you by Quantsapp and their qualified experts. The quality of the Service shall be determined by and delivered by Quanstapp and we have no control over the same.

4.Fees and Registration

4.1 Payment. The Participant will have to pay the applicable fees to Moneycontrol for registering themselves for the Course. The payment of the applicable fee for the Course is due prior to the registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Moneycontrol shall have a right to refuse to allow you to access the Course and shall have no liability in that regard.

4.2. The registration fee for enrolling in the Course will be different to MoneyControl Pro users and MoneyControl Non-Pro users.

4.3. Moneycontrol shall accept the payment of the registration fees via cards, wallet and net banking. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.

5.Cancellation

No payments will be refunded or refundable. Once paid, registration fees for the Course are non-refundable. There are no refunds for partially used periods too. Please note that if you cancel and/or do not access the Course, you are still responsible for payment. In no event shall Moneycontrol be obligated to refund all or any portion of the registration fee. In case you try to block payment of the applicable fee, or any amount paid on the Microsite through your merchant you will be liable for all civil and criminal penalties arising therefrom, the entire costs and consequences which shall be your’s alone.

6.Prohibited Conduct

6.1. Limitations on Use. By registering for the Course, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, distribute or share your access to the Course unless such transfer is granted by Moneycontrol. By registering for the Course, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access of the Course to any third party. If Moneycontrol determines that you have violated this policy, Moneycontrol shall have a right to cancel your access, retain any payments made by you and ban you from any future events including the Course.

6.2 Recording, Live streaming, and Videotaping by the Participants is not allowed. Participants will not record, upload, distribute, share, save or broadcast/publish/display audio or video of sessions of the Course in any form, mode, media and format except as agreed in writing by Moneycontrol/Quantsapp.

7.Registration Confirmation

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email id is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your Couse email(s) are caught by spam filters.

8. When you register yourself for the Course you provide us with certain personal data/information which we shall share with Quantsapp for the Course related communications and also will be retained by Moneycontrol for future prospecting, to contact you for future business engagement, to send marketing and/or promotional materials about their respective services and products etc. from time to time (‘Purpose’). It is clarified that you are giving your express consent to Moneycontrol and Quantsapp for the using your personal data/information for the abovementioned Purpose.

If you do not wish for Moneycontrol and/or Quantsapp to continue using your personal data/information, and/or disclose your personal data/information for the Purpose at any time, you may opt out of providing the same by contacting Moneycontrol at https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/contact.php and Quantsapp athttps://www.quantsapp.com/terms/QappPrivacyPolicy

9. Moneycontrol reserves the right to delete or suspend your account if you violate any of our rules, or Quantsapp’s rules at any time and for any reason.

10. The views, thoughts and opinions expressed in the Service (defined herein below) are those of Quantsapp and their experts and do not reflect the official policy or position of Moneycontrol.

11. Except for the query regarding the payment, it is our endeavour to reply to as many feedback as we receive, we reserve the right to respond at our own discretion. However, communications not relevant to our discussion will not be entertained whatsoever.

Specific Rules for Participants

When you register/enroll to the Course on the Microsite (the "Service"), you agree to the following rules:

1. You will accept all of the terms and conditions including the cancellation policy listed in the Service when you agree to register/enroll in or access the Course.

2. You will follow all reasonable rules set by Quantsapp with respect to the Course, and you will not take any actions to interfere with the Quantsapp experts.

3. You agree that the Service does not constitute professional advice or, services.

4. You may access the Course content for your information and personal use only. All intellectual property and other rights in the content of the Course is owned by Quantsapp and their experts.

5. You will not copy any materials or techniques for purposes of your own or others or for interfering with the Course or Quantsapp’s experts ongoing relationship with any other participant registered for the Course.

6. You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and agree to not use the Service in any way that will infringe upon the use or rights of any other user.

7. Your use of the Service is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for the substance of your communications through the Service.

8. You will not upload any copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary materials on the Service without the express permission of the owner. You will not post any content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any party.

9. You understand that Course content are publicly available to be viewed and accessed by any other participant after payment of the appropriate Course fee.

10. You agree that you will not engage in any behavior that constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.

11. You will not share content from the Service with anyone who is not properly licensed to access the content.

12. You will not upload, share, post, distribute or otherwise partake in any behaviour that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), or otherwise violates our rules or policies.

13. You will not take part in any behaviour that victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

14. You will not share software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party.

15. You will not impersonate any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives.

16. You will not use your account to breach security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server. Not all parts of the Service may be available to you or other authorized users of the Service. You shall not interfere with anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability.

You agree and understand that:

(i) Quantsapp shall be solely responsible to respond and resolve any queries, concerns, issues, problems and/or clarifications (collectively referred to as ‘Queries’) raised by you with respect to the Course, its content, recordings, live sessions, certifications, Q&A, experts, Services etc. In case of any Queries the Participant shall raise such Queries directly with Quantsapp and not Moneycontrol.

(ii) You agrees and acknowledge that E18 is merely providing you an option/offer to use and/or register to the Course and its services and that E18 shall not be responsible for the Course and its services and also for any claims, dispute, liabilities, costs, penalties, damages, suits, actions, proceedings etc arising out of you registering/enrolling to the Course and its Services and/or your usage of the Course content/recordings etc.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability

The views, opinions, suggestions, comments and the entire content expressed by the Quantsapp experts during the Course("Speaker(s)"), either in course of their participation in the Course, or on their website, recordings or otherwise (collectively, "Channels"), are solely their own and neither do they represent those of Moneycontrol nor are they endorsed in any manner by Moneycontrol, its employees, associates, representatives, agents and affiliates/subsidiaries/parent company.

This is an educational course, not a trade advisory program. Trading of any kind is inherently risky and you agree to assume complete and full responsibility for the outcomes of all trading decision that you make, including but not limited to loss of capital.

Speaker(s) at all times remain fully and solely liable and responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views/opinions/comments. Moneycontrol will not be responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views/opinions/comments, and any claims, damages, outrage arising due to the comments, views or opinions by the Speaker(s) and/or any audio and/or video uploaded in the Channels. All expressions/comments/views/opinions made by the Speaker are for information purposes only and under no circumstances should be used for actual trading. Under no circumstances you should make trading decisions based solely on the information discussed in the Course. Any expressions/comments/views/opinions made by the Speaker is informational in nature.

Moneycontrol cannot and does not make any guarantee about your ability to get results or earn money with the ideas, information, tools or strategies discussed in this Course.

Moneycontrol makes no representations as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability, or validity of any information presented by Speakers, other participants in the Course and will not be liable for any errors, omissions or delays in this information or any losses, injuries or damages arising from its display or use.

Additionally, Moneycontrol shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of any Speaker(s) participations, performance, comments, views or opinions and/or the Course. Moneycontrol or its representatives, employees, directors, officers or agents, shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent on the part of Moneycontrol or its representatives, employees, directors, officers or agents.

In the event of any conflict, the Options Certifications Courses Terms & Conditions shall supersede over the General T&C’s available on the Moneycontrol website.

Moneycontrol does not endorse, and expressly disclaims all liability relating to, any of the products or services provided by Quantsapp, its experts, Speaker(s), attendees etc.

Jurisdiction

The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
