By Accessing Moneycontrol.Com and/or Moneycontrol mobile applications (‘Moneycontrol Properties’) or any of its product/services or any platforms, events, contest hosted, you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by the Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available at https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/termsofuse.php, https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/disclaim.php, https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/privacypolicy.php, https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/gdpr_cookiepolicy.php respectively (‘General T&C’s’).
By registering for the Markets League December’22- Live Virtual Conference (‘Virtual Event’) You (‘you/your/Participant’) in addition to the General T&C’s, agree to the below mentioned terms and conditions.
Markets League December’22 is an open forum for investing and trading community to exchange knowledge, skills and insights that makes you enlightened towards your Investing /Trading journey. A biannual online conference that spans across 5 days inviting recognised and renowned speakers from across the globe sharing their wisdom and knowledge in building algorithm and trading systems and converting them into codes with various programming languages for Equity/Index and Crypto Hedging and executing them in Realtime feed during the market hours. .This Markets League Virtual Conference is being organised and hosted by Markets League Partners LLP (‘Organiser’).
e-Eighteen.Com Limited (“Moneycontrol”) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions anytime at its sole discretion with/without any prior intimation. The Participant shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions
1. Participant Requirements
1.1 Access: Your payment and registration entitles you to access the Virtual Event for which you have registered.
1.2 Virtual Event Content: The Virtual Event content/sessions will be live streamed by Moneycontrol at https://www.moneycontrol.com/markets-league-dec-22 and such content/session (except for the power point presentation presented by the speakers in the Virtual Event) shall also be recorded and published by Moneycontrol which will be available on https://www.moneycontrol.com/markets-league-dec-22 (Platform). Except for the Power Point Presentation presented by the speakers in the Virtual Event, the recorded version of the Virtual Event content/session shall be available for a period of 3 (three) months from the date You have registered for the same on the Platform.
1.3 Moneycontrol shall not be liable to consider any registration which you have made via/through the Organiser website/platform. No claims or objections shall be entertained in this regard.
1.4 Responses of Participants, or any material sent during or post the Virtual Event by the Participants to Moneycontrol including but not limited to feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, reviews, inputs, messages, testimonials and other communications of any kind shall be deemed to be non-confidential (‘Material’). The Participants accepts and grants Moneycontrol an exclusive, royalty free, sub-assignable, worldwide, transferable, irrevocable, perpetual and fully paid up license in perpetuity to reproduce, promote, publicly perform, distribute, publicly display Participants Material freely without limitations, permissions or obligations of any kind from/towards the Participants for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you. Moneycontrol is also free to use any ideas, inputs, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such Material for any purpose whatsoever perpetually. Moneycontrol reserves the right to analyze and summarize data including but not limited to your personal information that Moneycontrol collect and also reserves the right to publish, distribute, share summaries of the data collected with sponsors, Organiser or other business partners without limitations, permission or obligations of any kind.
1.5 Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by Moneycontrol to publish further or other schemes/events.
1.6 The Management of Moneycontrol & its subsidiaries/group companies reserve the right to cancel / postpone /stop publication of this Virtual Event’s content/session at its sole discretion or change all or any part of terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and being liable for any losses/damages/claims etc.
2. Additional feature available to the Participants registering for the Virtual Event:
The Organiser shall provide Sensibull analytical tool and StockMock and Robomatic back testing tools (‘Tools’) to all the Participants who successfully registers for the Virtual Event at no additional cost. The process to subscribe, details and terms and conditions of such Tools will be informed to the Participants as and when they avail the said Additional Feature.
You agree and acknowledge that:
(i)Moneycontrol has no control on the said Tools whatsoever, as the same is solely owned and operated by the Organizer;
(ii) Moneycontrol is not liable for Tools or any of the product/services provided by the Organizer, its performance, delivery, quality etc.
(iii) In case of any deficiencies in the Tools or any of the product, or services provided by the Organizer or, issues related to activation of the subscription by the Organizer, the Participants shall solely approach the Organizer, and not Moneycontrol under any circumstance.
(iv) Moneycontrol shall have nothing to do with any dealing / transaction between you and the Organizer relating to the Tools.
3. Prohibited Conduct
3.1. Limitations on Use: By registering for the Virtual Event you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, distribute or share your access to the Virtual Event’s content/session, unless such transfer is granted by Moneycontrol . By registering for the Virtual Event, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access of the Virtual Event to any third party. If Moneycontrol determines that you have violated this policy, Moneycontrol shall have a right to cancel your access, retain any payments made by you and ban you from any future events including the Virtual Event.
3.2. Recording Live Streaming, and Videotaping by the Participants is not allowed: Participants will not live stream, record, upload, distribute, share, save or broadcast/publish/display audio or video of sessions of the Virtual Event in any form, mode, media and format.
4. Fees and Registration
4.1. Payment: The Participant will have to pay the applicable fees to Moneycontrol for registering themselves for accessing and viewing the Virtual Event and its content/session. The payment of the applicable fee for the Virtual Event is due prior to registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Moneycontrol shall have a right to refuse to allow you to access the Virtual Event and shall have no liability in that regard.
4.2. Moneycontrol shall accept the payment of the registration fees via cards, wallet and net banking. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.
5. Cancellation
No payments will be refunded or refundable : Once paid, registration fees for the Virtual Event are non-refundable. Please note that if you cancel and/or do not access the Virtual Event, you are still responsible for the payment. In no event shall Moneycontrol be obligated to refund all or any portion of the registration fee.
6. Virtual Event Registration Confirmation
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email id is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too, in case any of your Virtual Event email(s) are caught by spam filters.
7. The time and date for accessing and viewing the Virtual Event and its content/sessions may vary due to internet connectivity issues. In this case, Moneycontrol will share the revised date and/or timing at the earliest. There may be interruptions in the streaming and publishing of the Virtual Event due to internet connectivity issues.
8. When you register yourself for the Virtual Event you provide us with certain personal data/information which we shall share with the Organiser, sponsors and/or business partners for the Virtual Event related communications and also for the Organiser, sponsor and/or the business partner and/or Moneycontrol for future prospecting, to contact you for future business engagement, to send marketing and/or promotional materials about their respective services and products etc. from time to time (‘Purpose’). It is clarified that you are giving your express consent to Moneycontrol and the Organiser/sponsor/business partner for using your personal data/information for the abovementioned Purpose.
If you do not wish for Moneycontrol and/or Organiser to continue using your personal data/information, and/or disclose your personal data/information for the Purpose at any time, you may opt out of providing the same by contacting Moneycontrol at https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/contact.php and Organiser at support@marketsleague.com.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability
The views, opinions, suggestions, comments and the entire content expressed by the individual speakers, attendees or sponsors at the Virtual Event ("Speaker(s)"), either in course of their participation in the Virtual Event, or on the Platform, online or offline or otherwise (collectively, "Channels"), are solely their own and neither do they represent those of Moneycontrol nor are they endorsed in any manner by Moneycontrol, its employees, associates, representatives, agents and affiliates/subsidiaries/parent company.

Any dispute including any dispute arising out of all matters with respect to the Virtual Event are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
Moneycontrol does not endorse, and expressly disclaims all liability relating to, any of the products or services provided by Speakers, Organiser, attendees, or sponsors.
