TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION
By Accessing Moneycontrol.Com and/or Moneycontrol mobile applications (‘ Moneycontrol Properties’) or any of its product/services or any platforms, events, contest hosted, you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by the Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available at https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/termsofuse.php, https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/disclaim.php, https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/privacypolicy.php, https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/gdpr_cookiepolicy.php respectively (“General T&C’s”).
By registering for the Investival 2023 virtual event (“Virtual Event”) you (“you/your/Participant”) agree to the below mentioned terms and conditions along with the General T&C’s
Investival 2023, is India’s most innovative residential stock investors conference and one of the most powerful investing events in India. It is a 3 (three) day conference wherein over 200 with Pprofessional Iinvestors, pPortfolio mManagers will be participating and , the event will consist of Ppan India mMentors, sSpeaker sessions, Investors Premier League battle and & Master Portfolio Manager show. . Investival, 2023 event is organised and hosted by Cautilya Traders Academy LLP (‘Organiser’) and is both on-ground as well as virtual event.
e-Eighteen.Com Limited (“Moneycontrol”) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime, at its sole discretion without any prior intimation. The Participant shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
1. Rules of Participation
1.1 Access. Your payment and registration entitles you to access the Virtual Event for the 3 days commencing from 28th April 2023 to 30h April 2023 to the Virtual Event or the Offline Event for which you have registered.
1.2 Virtual Event Content. The Virtual Event content/sessions will be live streamed by Moneycontrol at https://www.moneycontrol.com/investival and such content/session shall also be recorded by Moneycontrol which will be available on https://www.moneycontrol.com/investival (Platform). The recorded version of the Virtual Event content/session shall only be available for a period of 1 (one) month from the date it was live streamed on the Platform. Some of the sessions/ activities conducted at the Investival 2023 on-ground event (Offline Event) may not be covered in the Virtual Event and the same will be displayed at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
1.3 Registration Process. The Participants will have to register separately for the Virtual Event and Offline Event. To attend the Virtual (Online) Event, users will have to register in the following link: http://moneycontrol.com/investival#tickets_sec . To register for the Offline Event, the Participants will have to purchase the tickets directly through the Organisers official website.
1.4 Moneycontrol shall not be liable to consider any registration which you have made for the Offline Event and/or via/through the Organisers website/platform . No claims or objections shall be entertained in this regard.
1.5 Responses of Participants, or any material sent during or post the Virtual Event by the Participants to Moneycontrol including but not limited to feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, reviews, inputs, messages, testimonials and other communications of any kind shall be deemed to be non-confidential (‘Material’). The Participants accepts and grants Moneycontrol an exclusive, royalty free, assignable, worldwide, transferable, irrevocable, perpetual and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, promote, publicly perform, distribute, publicly display Participants Material freely without limitations, permissions or obligations of any kind from/towards the Participants for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you. Moneycontrol is also free to use any ideas, inputs, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such Material for any purpose whatsoever perpetually. Moneycontrol reserves the right to analyze and summarize data including but not limited to your personal information that Moneycontrol collect and also reserves the right to publish, distribute, share summaries of the data collected with sponsors, Organiser or other business partners without limitations, permission or obligations of any kind.
1.6 Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by Moneycontrol to conduct further or other schemes/events.
1.7 The management of Moneycontrol & its subsidiaries/group companies reserve the right to cancel / postpone /stop this Virtual Event at its sole discretion or change all or any part of terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and being liable for any losses/damages/claims etc.
2. Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Limitations on Use. By registering for the Virtual Event you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, distribute or share your access of the link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by Moneycontrol and/or the Organiser. By registering for the Virtual Event, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access of the Virtual Event to any third party. If Moneycontrol determines that you have violated this policy, Moneycontrol shall have a right to cancel your access, retain any payments made by you and ban you from future events including this Virtual Event.
2.2 Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping by the Participants is not allowed. Participants will not record, upload, distribute, share, save or broadcast/publish/display audio or video of sessions of the Virtual Events in any form, mode, media and format.
3. Fees and Registration
3.1 Payment. The Participant will have to pay the applicable fees to Moneycontrol for registering themselves for the Virtual Event. The payment of the applicable fee for the Virtual Event is due prior to registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Moneycontrol shall have a right to refuse your access to the Virtual Event and shall have no liability in that regard.
Moneycontrol shall accept the payment of the registration fees via cards, wallet and net banking. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.
4. Cancellation
4.1 No payments will be refunded or refundable. Once paid, registration fees for the Virtual Event are non-refundable. Please note that if you cancel and/or do not access the Virtual Event, you are still responsible for the payment. In no event shall Moneycontrol be obligated to refund all or any portion of the registration fee.
5. Virtual Event Registration Confirmation
5.1. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email id is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your Virtual Event email(s) are caught by spam filters.
5.2 The time and date of the Virtual Event may vary due to internet connectivity issues. In this case, Moneycontrol will share the revised date and/or timing at the earliest. There may be interruptions in the streaming of the Virtual Event due to internet connectivity issues.
5.3. When you register yourself for the Virtual Event you provide us with certain personal data/information which we shall share with the Organisers, sponsors and/or business partners for the Virtual Event related communications and also for the Organisers, sponsors and/or business partners and/or Moneycontrol for future prospecting, to contact you for future business engagement, to send marketing and/or promotional materials about their respective services and products etc. from time to time (‘Purpose’). It is clarified that you are giving your express consent to Moneycontrol and the Organiser, sponsors and/or business partners for the using your personal data/information for the abovementioned Purpose.
5.4. If you do not wish for Moneycontrol and/or Organiser to continue using your personal data/information, and/or disclose your personal data/information for the Purpose at any time, you may opt out of providing the same by contacting Moneycontrol at https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/contact.php and Organiser at https://tradersmela.com/#contact
6. Quiz Contest- Investen Premier League
6.1. The Organiser may organise a quiz contest for the Participants of the Virtual Event named Investen Premier League during 28th April,2023 till 30th April,2023.
6.2. The Participants will have to login to the Organiser’s official platform to participate in the said Quiz Content (the step wise direction will be displayed on https://www.moneycontrol.com/investival and have to answer all the questions and submit their responses to the Organiser. The Organiser shall randomly select such number of winners (at the sole discretion of the Organiser) amongst the correct responses received by them.
6.3. The winners will be announced by the Organiser by way of an email and/or will be contacted on phone or by any other mode/medium at the discretion of the Organiser and such winners will be given the prize by the Organiser at their sole discretion.
6.4. Moneycontrol shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims whatsoever that may be suffered by the Participant as a result of Organizer cancelling/postponing the quiz contest. Organizer reserves the right to change/modify, alter or cancel/postpone the contest in part or in full or change any or all of the terms and conditions and/or eligibility criteria of the contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice/intimation and without assigning any reason.
6.5. Moneycontrol shall not be liable for any losses, claims or damage whatsoever that maybe suffered by the Participants as a result of participating in this quiz contest or using the contest prize. Moneycontrol disclaims all warranty and makes no representation about the quality, usefulness, worthiness, delivery or otherwise of the contest and the contest prize offered. Moneycontro accepts no responsibility for any non-delivery of the contest prize.
6.5. In the event of any issues and/or dispute with respect to the contest, contest questions, selection of winners, contest prize etc the same will have to be resolved between Organizer and the Participants directly and Moneycontrol accepts no responsibility of the same. Moneycontrol shall have nothing to do with any dealing / transaction between you and the Organizer relating to the quiz contest.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability
The views, opinions, suggestions, comments and entire content expressed by the individual speakers, attendees or sponsors at the Virtual Event ("Speaker(s)"), either in course of their participation in the Virtual Event, or on the Platform, online or offline or otherwise (collectively, "Channels"), are solely their own and neither do they represent those of Moneycontrol nor are they endorsed in any manner by Moneycontrol, its employees, associates, representatives, agents and affiliates/subsidiaries/parent company.

Speaker(s) at all times remain fully and solely liable and responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views/opinions/comments. These terms and conditions shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions specifically provided for this Virtual Event shall supersede over the General T&C’s available on the Moneycontrol website. Any dispute including any dispute arising out of all matters with respect to the Virtual Event are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
Moneycontrol does not endorse, and expressly disclaims all liability relating to, any of the products or services provided by the Organisers, Speakers, attendees, or sponsors.
By registering yourself on Moneycontrol, you hereby expressly agree to the above terms and to any future terms that are so decided by Moneycontrol.
