By registering for Finterest Edutech Live Technical Analysis Program 2022 virtual event ("Virtual Event") you ("you/your/Participant") in addition to General T&Cs, agree to the below mentioned terms and conditions.

Finterest Edutech Technical Analysis Programme 2022 is a two-day live training programme wherein it will cover topics ranging from chart psychology, candlestick patterns, moving averages, indicators and many more. This Virtual Event will be conducted on the 10th December,2022 and 17th December,2022. This Virtual Event is organised and hosted by Finterest Capital Advisors Private Ltd. ("Organiser")..

e-Eighteen.Com Limited ("Moneycontrol") is an exclusive Digital Partner for this Virtual Event and also has the exclusive right to live stream the Virtual Event. Further, Moneycontrol reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime, at its sole discretion without any prior intimation. The Participant shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

1. Rules for Registration

1.1 Access. Your payment and registration entitles you to access the Virtual Event for which you have registered.

1.2 Virtual Event Content. The Virtual Event content/sessions will be live streamed by Moneycontrol at https://www.moneycontrol.com/finterestedutech ("Platform") . The recorded version of the Virtual Event content/session shall also be available and accessible to the Participants at www.finterestcapital.com, for availing the same the Participants will have to follow the steps mentioned in https://docs.google.com/document/d/18gRwrNV-5QjkixPN13x59CvknQqRouSFo733ywZGVzc/edit?usp=sharing("Organizers Platform")_. The recorded version of the Virtual Event content/session shall only be available for a period of 1 year (one) year from the date it was live streamed on the Organizers Platform.

1.3 Registration Process. The Participants will have to register for the Virtual in the following link: http://moneycontrol.com/finterestedutech#tickets_sec

1.4 Responses of Participants, or any material sent during or post the Virtual Event by the Participants to Moneycontrol including but not limited to feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, reviews, inputs, messages, testimonials and other communications of any kind shall be deemed to be non-confidential ("Material"). The Participants accepts and grants Moneycontrol an exclusive, royalty free, sub-assignable, sub-licensable, worldwide, transferable, irrevocable, perpetual and fully paid up license in perpetuity to use, reproduce, promote, publicly perform, distribute, publicly display Participants Material freely without limitations, permissions or obligations of any kind from/towards the Participants for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you. Moneycontrol is also free to use any ideas, inputs, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such Material for any purpose whatsoever perpetually. Moneycontrol reserves the right to analyze and summarize data including but not limited to your personal information that Moneycontrol collect and also reserves the right to publish, distribute, share summaries of the data collected with sponsors, Organiser or other business partners without limitations, permission or obligations of any kind.

1.5 Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by Moneycontrol to live stream, publish , conduct further or other schemes/events.

1.6 The management of Moneycontrol & its subsidiaries/group companies reserve the right to cancel / postpone /stop this Virtual Event at its sole discretion or change all or any part of terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and being liable for any losses/damages/claims etc.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Limitations on Use. By registering for the Virtual Event you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, distribute or share your access of the link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by Moneycontrol and/or the Organiser. By registering for the Virtual Event, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access of the Virtual Event to any third party. If Moneycontrol determines that you have violated this policy, Moneycontrol shall have a right to cancel your access, retain any payments made by you and ban you from future events including this Virtual Event.

2.2 Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping by the Participants is not allowed. Participants will not record, upload, distribute, share, save or broadcast/publish/display audio or video of sessions of the Virtual Event in any form, mode, media and format.

3. Fees and Registration

3.1 Payment. The Participant will have to pay the applicable fees to Moneycontrol for registering themselves for the Virtual Event. The payment of the applicable fee for the Virtual Event is due prior to registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Moneycontrol shall have a right to refuse your access to the Virtual Event and shall have no liability in that regard.

Moneycontrol shall accept the payment of the registration fees via cards, wallet and net banking. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.

4. Cancellation

4.1 No payments will be refunded or refundable. Once paid, registration fees for the Virtual Event are non-refundable. Please note that if you cancel and/or do not access the Virtual Event, you are still responsible for the payment. In no event shall Moneycontrol be obligated to refund all or any portion of the registration fee.

5. Virtual Event Registration Confirmation

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email id is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your Virtual Event email(s) are caught by spam filters.

The time and date of live streaming the Virtual Event may vary due to internet connectivity issues. In this case, Moneycontrol will share the revised date and/or timing at the earliest. There may be interruptions in the streaming of the Virtual Event due to internet connectivity issues.

When you register yourself for the Virtual Event you provide us with certain personal data/information which we shall share with the Organisers, sponsors and/or business partners for the Virtual Event related communications and also for the Organisers, sponsors and/or business partners and/or Moneycontrol for future prospecting, to contact you for future business engagement, to send marketing and/or promotional materials about their respective services and products etc. from time to time (Purpose). It is clarified that you are giving your express consent to Moneycontrol and the Organiser, sponsors and/or business partners for the using your personal data/information for the abovementioned Purpose.

If you do not wish for Moneycontrol and/or Organiser to continue using your personal data/information, and/or disclose your personal data/information for the Purpose at any time, you may opt out of providing the same by contacting Moneycontrol at https://www.moneycontrol.com/cdata/contact.php and Organiser at https://www.finterestcapital.com/

6. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability

The views, opinions, suggestions, comments and entire content expressed by the individual speakers, attendees or sponsors at the Virtual Event ("Speaker(s)"), either in course of their participation in the Virtual Event, or on the Platform, online or offline or otherwise (collectively, "Channels"), are solely their own and neither do they represent those of Moneycontrol nor are they endorsed in any manner by Moneycontrol, its employees, associates, representatives, agents and affiliates/subsidiaries/parent company.
