E.Santhosh Kumar is the Co-founder of Sky Commodities and is also taking care of the operations ensuring they are complaint to rules and regulations. He believes educating is the way to make a wise investor, promoting it to all the areas especially to rural with MCX. Having an agricultural background, he is currently working to promote investing among farmers about hedging and benefits of warehousing.

Rashmi is currently working as Assistant Vice President - Products Management Team (Metals) at Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. She has been with MCX since its inception and has worked across various products and segments at the Exchange. She was responsible for designing and developing the base metals futures Contracts at the exchange. She has also worked across other verticals at the Exchange like Energy which included products like Crude Oil, Natural Gas and Coal, Ferrous Vertical which included Steel & Iron Ore and Edible Oils. She was part of the Knowledge Management Team at the Exchange providing consultancy to Corporates on using the MCX Base Metals Contracts for Price Risk Management. She has conducted a number of training workshops in Commodity Price Risk Management in Metals as well as conducted a number of awareness sessions on Commodity Markets across India.

D Balasundaram is the chairman of Coimbatore Capital Ltd, a stock broking company and a trading member of NSE. He is also the chairman of Coimbatore Commodities Ltd, a trading member of NCDEX and MCX. Coimbatore Capital and Coimbatore Commodities have extensive presence in Tamil Nadu (more than 60 locations) and one office each in Kerala, Puducherry and Karnataka. Balasundaram is a graduate in engineering and a post graduate in Management. He has been a member of the Executive Committee of NSE and NSDL. Balasundaram's family has extensive interest in Textile Industry and Engineering Industry. He has served as a director and CEO of some them. Balasundaram is 72 years old and lives in Coimbatore.
