Made by Google event: Pixel 9 series launch and more

The Made by Google event is scheduled for August 13 where the company will unveil its Pixel 9 series smartphones.

Google has already started teasing the India launch for the Pixel 9 series. The India launch is scheduled for August 14.

Pixel 9 is the vanilla version of the series, and it is expected to come with 50MP primary camera and a 48MP ultra-wide lens.

Pixel 9 Pro is expected to feature a 6.3-inch display and 16GB of RAM and is slated to come with up to 512GB storage.

The XL version of the Pixel 9 Pro is speculated to come with a bigger display. Rumours suggest the phone will get a 6.8-inch display.

Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold is the second foldable smartphone from the company. It’s expected to offer an 8-inch foldable and 6.3-inch cover display.

Pixel Watch 3 is slated to come in two sizes – 41mm and 45mm. The Watch 3 is also expected to have a brighter display, improved design and battery life.

Google will also unveil the Pixel Buds Pro 2 at the event. It is expected to come with improved desing and sound output. Reports claim that the Buds Pro 2 will be available in raspberry, mojito, porcelain, and haze colour options.

In India, the Pixel 9 series, Pixel Watch 3 and Pixel Buds Pro 2 will be sold via Flipkart. Also, it is expected that Google may bring Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro Fold in India.
