Oppo is set to introduce its Reno 15 lineup in China on November 17, with a global launch expected to follow soon. As Oppo has started teasing the Oppo Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro, several leaks surrounding these models have started to circulate, giving us an early glimpse of what to expect. Previously, a Geekbench listing had revealed that these phones could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 SoC. However, a new report now suggests that the Indian versions of the Oppo Reno 14 series will have different chipsets.
Oppo Reno 15 series: Expected launch timeline, price, specifications
According to a Smartprix report, in collaboration with tipster Yogesh Brar, the Oppo Reno 15 series will launch in India and other global markets in February 2026. Further, these handsets are expected to launch in the mid-range segment, wherein the standard Reno 15 smartphone could be priced around Rs. 43,000.
The report also adds that Oppo Reno 15 5G Series, which is likely to consist of standard Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro, will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, instead of the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor being used on the Chinese models. These handsets are also expected to ship with Android 16-based ColorOS 16.
Moreover, the handsets could get a new triple camera setup that may include a 200MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide camera, with a 50MP selfie camera upfront. The Oppo Reno 15 Pro is said to come with a 6.78-inch flat display, and the OPPO Reno 15 is likely to feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K resolution OLED display, with up to 120Hz refresh rate. The Oppo Reno 15 is also tipped to feature a large 6,500mAh battery, with support for 80W wired SuperVOOC charging.
