Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III Part A Para A, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors in their Meeting No. 1/2023-24 held on Thursday, 25th May, 2023 approved the appointment of Mr. Manish R. Patel, Practicing Company Secretary (COP: 9360) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the FY 2023-24.
