Howard Hotels - Closure of Trading Window

As per the provisions the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in Shares of the Company by designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from July 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30th , 2022.
