Indiabulls Ventures - Board Meeting Intimation for Intimation Of Board Meeting To Consider Proposal Of Buy-Back Of Fully Paid-Up Equity Shares Of Indiabulls Ventures Limited (The Company) And Closure Of Trading Window.

Indiabulls Ventures Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/10/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019, to consider, inter alia, the proposal of Buy-back of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.

We further wish to inform that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which had been closed earlier, shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2019.
