Rashid Khan confirms second marriage in 10 months, check details

The couple got married on August 2, 2025. Earlier in 2024, Rashid Khan married his cousin in October. There is no still update on his first marriage.

Afghanistan cricketer Rashid Khan has officially confirmed his second marriage after a photo of him from the launch of the Rashid Khan Charity Foundation in the Netherlands went viral. In the picture, Rashid was seen standing beside a woman. Khan confirmed the news with a social media clarifying that he is married with the woman in the picture.

“The truth is simple. She is my wife, we are together, and we have nothing to hide,” he wrote in the social media post.

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ T20I captain of from Afghanistan will be one of the main figures of his national team at the T20 World Cup scheduled for next year. He is also likely to be retained in the squad of his IPL franchise, the Gujarat ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌Titans.

Talking more about the game, Khan was nominated to become ICC Men's Player of the Month in October.

The Afghan star was in outstanding form throughout October, delivering exceptional performances in the limited-overs series against Bangladesh and Zimbabwe.

Across five T20Is during the month, he claimed nine wickets while maintaining an impressive economy rate of just 4.82. His highlights included a superb 4/18 in the opening T20I against Bangladesh and a brilliant 3/9 in the second T20I versus Zimbabwe.
