Stewie, a friendly Maine Coon, resided in Nevada, USA. Born in 2005, he soon became a favorite family cat—until he became much bigger than expected!

In 2010, Guinness World Records certified Stewie as the world’s longest domestic cat at an astonishing 123 cm (48.5 inches) from nose to tail.

Stewie’s body was longer than a baseball bat or a little kid. He easily stretched the length of an entire dining table!

Other than his length, Stewie was a gentle giant. He was a therapy cat and went to schools and hospitals to comfort individuals.
