Petrol prices around the world: One country offers free petrol to residents

Crude oil prices were volatile after an attack on Saudi Arabia’s oil infrastructure facilities on September 14. Although the incident did impact prices for an extended period, here are 10 countries where petrol is cheapest and most expensive.
