At its board meeting on November 19, 2014, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) approved significant reforms and improvement measures concerning securities market.  The approved matters cover norms relating to insider trading, delisting, listing requirements, consent proceedings, and certain other matters relating to intermediaries and mutual funds.
