Watford 1 – 2 Manchester City | Leroy Sane gave the Citizens the lead in the 40th minute when he used his chest to guide Riyad Mahrez’s cross into the back of the net. Sane now has five goals from his last five starts for City. Mahrez doubled their lead in the 51st minute when he swept home Gabriel Jesus’ cross at the back post. Abdoulaye Doucoure pulled one back five minutes from time to set up a nervy finish, but the reigning Champions held onto their lead to consolidate their place at the top of the table. Jack Cork poked home a goal from close range in the 54th minute to put the hosts in front. The lead was short lived as James Milner scored the equaliser for Liverpool eight minutes later. Roberto Firmino and Xherdan Shaqiri scored the second and the third goal for the Reds in the 69th and 91st minute to seal the points. Arsenal took the lead in the 26th minute when United goalkeeper David De Gea mishandled Shkodran Mustafi's header off Lucas Torreira's cross. The lead however, did not last long as Anthony Martial brought the home side back four minutes later. Arsenal went back up in the 68th minute when Alexandre Lacazette scored for the Gunners. United levelled immediately when Jesse Lingard put the ball in back of Arsenal's net.
