Leader of House in Rajya Sabha Piyush Goyal was at his energetic best at News 18's Rising India Summit 2023 on Wednesday and in a video clip shared on Twitter, the 58-year-old is seen telling Minister for External Affairs S Jaishankar that he was a rockstar.

"I...I would say...as you can see even from my hesitation that I am not prepared. Look, mostly it happens in a conversation like you and I are having. It is something you say. It is something you say because somebody has provoked you, somebody has pressurised you, somebody has manipulated you so you end up saying something. But I guess its the times, isn't it? This is an era when people would pick up a sentence, a phrase and move it beyond. I take it in that spirit," he said.
