Oscars 2024: These gift bags have been given to 20 nominees from the top categories.

For 22 years, Los Angeles-based marketing company Distinctive Assets has been distributing “Everybody Wins” gift bags to the nominees recognised in the Oscars’ top categories. At Oscars 2024, 20 nominees will get to enjoy gifts worth $180,000 (about Rs 1.4 crore), CNBC reported.

The goodie bag--or rather, the goodie suitcase--is filled with more than 50 gifts ranging from a Rs 1,200 Rubik’s cube to an invitation to enjoy a Rs 41 lakh stay at a ski chalet in Switzerland.

“It rarely ever fits into a single suitcase. We have a piece of Olympia luggage that’s the biggest rolling duffel bag they make,” Distinctive Assets founder Lash Fary told CNBC Make It. “And then it usually spills over into these eco-friendly tote bags.” The company is not affiliated with the Academy.

Here are the highlights of what's inside the “Everybody Wins” gift bags:

1.) The most expensive gift in this year’s bag is a three-night stay at Chalet Zermatt Peak in Switzerland worth $50,000 (about Rs 41 lakh). The chalet is the reigning winner of the “Best Ski Chalet” from the World’s Ski Awards, and the Oscar 2024 nominees will get to use the entire chalet for themselves. They are also allowed to bring up to nine guests, CNBC reported.

2.) There is also an invitation for a seven-day stay at Southern California’s Golden Door spa which is valued at $24,000 (about Rs 19 lakh). The spa offers massages, farm-to-table meals, and mindfulness and wellness classes.

3.) A bag “handmade by master artisans” from Canada-based Elboque worth $335 (about Rs 27,000).

4.) A portable Schwank Grill worth $1,350 (about Rs 1 lakh).

5.) A $10,000 (about Rs 8.2 lakh) worth micro-needling treatment from Cynosure “designed to tighten and revitalise” skin and “minimise the common signs of aging or reduce blemishes.”

6.) A $25,000 (Rs 20 lakh) live show from mentalist Carl Christman which “combines magic, mind reading, hypnosis and comedy.”

7.) A retro-themed 50th anniversary Rubik’s Cube worth Rs 1,200. It features the puzzle’s original logo and color scheme.

8.) A luxury gift set from Miage skincare valued at $515 (about Rs 42,000).
