After launching the Nokia 4.2, Nokia may soon launch the Nokia 9 PureView in India. The smartphone has received the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification which indicates that the smartphone is coming to the Indian market soon. Apart from the Nokia 9 PureView, Nokia 3.2 has also received the certification.
The Nokia 9 PureView and Nokia 3.2 were first unveiled at the Mobile World Conference 2019 alongside other Nokia devices. The flagship device got its share of limelight for having five cameras at the back. After getting the BIS certification, it is evident that both these smartphones would launch imminently. First spotted by MySmartPrice, the report reveals that the BIS has certified two Nokia devices with model number TA-1087 and TA-1154, namely Nokia 9 PureView and Nokia 3.2.
To recall, the Nokia 9 PureView has a 5.99-inch 2K pOLED display panel and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The flagship device comes equipped with a Snapdragon 845 SoC and 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. For optics, the device sports five rear cameras, out of which two 12MP sensors shoot in colour while the other three shoot in monochrome. At the front is a 20MP sensor for selfies. It runs on the latest Android Pie OS and features a 3,320 mAh battery capacity. The device sports a fingerprint scanner at the back and also supports wireless charging.
