British carmaker Jaguar recently unveiled its new logo in an ad that is a departure from its traditional style. The video featured vibrant visuals instead of vehicles and was captioned "copy nothing". The post on X was roasted by Elon Musk who highlighted the lack of cars in a video meant to advertise the vehicles.
"Do you sell cars?" the X owner commented on Jaguar's post. Responding to it, the company wrote, "Yes. We'd love to show you. Join us for a cuppa in Miami on 2nd December? Warmest regards, Jaguar."

Further, in response to questions about the decision to change its iconic teeth-baring big cat logo, the luxury carmaker explained: "It has been reimagined."
The messaging, however, has left many social media users confused.
One user remarked, "They don't make cars anymore. They make mistakes," while another quipped, "I thought this was a dating site."
On being asked if the video was meant for fashion, Jaguar responded: "Think of this as a declaration of intent." It also requested people to stay tuned as "the story is unfolding".
The vague responses did not seem to appease Jaguar users.
"Ummm hello. I am currently a Jag owner and this is beyond ridiculous. Where are the cars? Isn’t that what you do? This will cause me to not go forward with y’all when it’s time to trade mine in. What a joke you’ve become," commented X user Patriotic Warrior (@Radarflyingmama).
Responding to it, the company wrote, "Hello, thanks for the feedback! We’ll be sure to pass it onto the team. Best wishes."
