A passenger under the influence was arrested after he tried to headbutt a member of the crew on an Emirates flight from Dubai to Islamabad.

A video of the incident, that took place on February 25, was shared on X (formerly Twitter) and showed the passenger trying to headbutt a male flight attendant, who pushes him to the floor with assistance from another crew member.

As the video moves forward, the passenger can be seen held to the ground by two male crew while two female attendants could be seen holding his legs with cable ties.

The passenger was later arrested at the airport and was seated on a wheelchair in an intoxicated state.

Several social media users commented on the video and were critical of the passenger's behavior inside the flight.

"He should be banned from traveling in future by the airline," one user wrote.

"I request @emirates to publish his pictures so everyone can name him and shame him . The authorities have taken no action in Pakistan because he has connections with powerful people in Pakistan," another user wrote.

"@emirates should just ban him from ever stepping foot again on their aircrafts," a third user wrote.
