Billionaire Anand Mahindra is impressed with how a woman made ice cream using her hands, fan and ice and shared the video on Twitter saying this happens “only in India”.
“Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Hand-made & Fan-made ice cream. Only in India…” Mahindra, 67, captioned the video.
The 2:30 second clip shows a woman, dressed in a saree, pour the hot ice-cream mixture into a large steel container. She puts the container in a bigger one and fills it with ice. She ties a rope to the lid of the container of the mixture that is attached to a ceiling fan and switches it on.
First the container spins slowly and after a while she switches the fan off to check the consistency of the ice cream. She then keeps the lid open and switches the fan on at full speed as the camera shows the ice-cream mixture swirling inside.
The woman then takes the container out as scoops out the now ready to eat ice cream and serves it in glassware.
