Johnson announced that his birthday now arrives every 19 months, a staggering deviation from the conventional 12-month cycle, in a claim that has left enthusiasts wondering.

Sharing the news on social media platform X, Johnson declared, “My new record: 0.64 pace-of-aging. My birthday is now every 19 months. Previously I built Braintree Venmo, now I build human, with a goal to slow and reverse aging. Nutrition is a power law of anti-aging. This is what I eat every day. You can too.”

Accompanying his proclamation, Johnson elucidated in a video statement, “I’ve been trying to reduce my speed of aging, and I just achieved a personal best - 0.64. That roughly means that for every 12 months that pass, I only age for 7.6 months.”

At 46 years old, Johnson claims to possess the heart of a 37-year-old and the skin of a 28-year-old, attributing his vitality to an annual health investment exceeding $2 million.

Johnson, renowned for his endeavours in anti-aging, through Project Blueprint has purportedly reversed his epigenetic age by 5.1 years. His daily rigorous protocol entails Johnson consuming over 100 supplements daily, meticulously monitored caloric intake, and adherence to a stringent diet.

Recently, Johnson unveiled a surprising addition to his anti-aging arsenal: cocoa. In a YouTube exposé, garnering nearly 500,000 views, Johnson divulged his unconventional regimen, marking a departure from conventional chocolate consumption.

In his recent video too, Johnson takes viewers through his daily eating habits, including his re-iteration for cocoa.

Emphasising the importance of quality, Johnson says there is the need for pure, undutched cocoa with high flavonol content, free from heavy metals—a stark departure from the average supermarket variety.
