MTS India rejigs responsibilities of top officials

CDMA telecom service provider Sistema Shyam TeleServices (SSTL) Tuesday rejigged the responsibilities of its top officials as part of its strategy to focus on data services.

CDMA telecom service provider Sistema Shyam TeleServices (SSTL) Tuesday rejigged the responsibilities of its top officials as part of its strategy to focus on data services.

As per the new structure, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Leonid Musatov has been given additional role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for MTS India. In his two years as CMO, Leonid is credited for nationally launching the MTS brand.
"The change in organisational structure and subsequent realignment in key leadership positions has been designed to enable faster decision making and ensure flawless execution of our data-focused, voice-enabled strategy," SSTL President and CEO Vsevolod Rozanov said in a statement.
Atul Joshi, currently the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), will now be the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the North and East regions.
