Reliance Jio Infocomm has finally unveiled the data plans and their prices for its JioFIber services. The data plans start at a speed of 100 Mbps and go up to 1 Gbps. Users can choose a plan as per their requirements.
Out of the six plans launched, the Gold Plan is the third-most affordable plan. It starts at Rs 1,299 per month, excluding GST charges. Gold Plan offers speeds up to 250 Mbps with a data cap of 500GB per month.
As an introductory offer, Gold Plan customers would get an additional 250GB data every month. The extra data would be offered for the first six months only. Once the data limit for each month is reached, the speed would automatically drop to 1Mbps.
The Gold Plan also comes with other benefits like a set-top-box, free voice calls across India, TV Video calling and conferencing. JioFiber Gold Plan would also provide support for zero-latency gaming and Home Networking.
JioFiber is also offering device security (up to 5 devices) with the Gold Plan.
Apart from the monthly plan, JioFiber also includes a JioForever Annual Gold Plan which is priced at Rs 31,176. The plan would offer 12,000GB data at a speed of 250 Mbps. JioFiber users need to know that the JioFiber Annual Gold Plan is a 2-year subscription for the said price and data.
JioForever Annual Gold Plan users would also get a 24-inch HD TV. Other freebies under the JioFiber Welcome offer include Jio Home Gateway, a 4K set-top box and an annual subscription of leading OTT apps.
There is also a 3-month Gold Plan which offers 25 percent extra data. JioFiber users who opt for a 3-month plan would get 1,875 GB data for three months.
The 6-month JioFiber Gold Plan offers 50 percent extra data. Users would get a total of 4,500GB data with the semi-annual plan.
JioFiber includes five other plans which offer different data caps and speeds.
