IFA 2011: LG goes 3D, reveals Nano Full LED TV

Among the several key brands, popular consumer electronics brand, LG has at the event unveiled its 55-inch, Nano Full LED TV. LG adds that its latest line-up offers the best of 3D and cinema Smart TV functions, and comes bundled with the highlighted Nano FULL LED backlighting technology. The inclusion of the Smart TV technology, LG added would mean access to web off the LED TV, as also the ability to view 3D movies using LG apps. Among other featured specifications, LG mentioned about the LED TVs ability to conduct 2D to 3D conversion, thereby creating 3D quality from routine formats available. LG has bundled the LW980S with 3D-viewing glasses, and LG adds that at 16g, these glasses can be passed off as light-weight. Additionally, these glasses also come with a 'clip-on' feature, allowing spectacled viewers to clip the glasses onto their regular glasses.

Further enhancing LG's 3D experience is the 9.1 system 3D CINEMA HX906TX, and four floor-standing speakers, with four integrated speakers in action that 3D effects, further adds LG. Details on the pricing and the availability have not been obtained, yet.
