Demonetisation not a well thought-out plan: Mark Mobius

Speaking to CNBC-TV18 Mark Mobius of Templeton EM Group said that purpose behind demonetisation move is noble. But this is not the way to go about it, he said, as the big corrupt guys will have got away.
