    • Early sowing data shows India has much to cheer about this monsoon

      Odisha saw the highest combined retail inflation rate for February 2024 at 7.55 percent, followed by Telangana and Haryana. While, at 2.42 percent, India’s capital Delhi witnessed the least amount of price pressures among the major states and union territories.

    • November IIP comes in at -3.2%, Dec CPI rises to 5.6%

      The CPI data has been consecutively hardening for the past four months and December is the fifth month. It has risen from levels of around 3.7 percent in July of 2015

      A CNBC-TV18 poll had shown the index of industrial production (IIP) for the month of August rising to 5 percent and September Consumer Price Index (CPI) to come in at 4.49 percent
