Sensex, Nifty flat; Axis, Dr Reddy's, BHEL major laggards

Cipla, Sun Pharma, ONGC, Bajaj Auto and Hero MotoCorp are top gainers in the Sensex while Axis Bank, Dr Reddy's Labs, BHEL, Reliance and M&M are losers in the Sensex.
Strong resistance for Nifty at 5,350: HDFC Securities

VK Sharma of HDFC Securities, says that the rally that we saw on the Nifty can be largely attributed to Reliance. So 5,350 is a good resistance in the Nifty and crossing that level would be a herculean task.
