Authorities have imposed section 144 of the CRPC in Muzaffarnagar district barring assembly of more than four people as a precautionary measure against coronavirus.
The accused driver, who was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol, has been arrested, said SSP Abhishek Yadav.

They were granted bail either by the police or the court due to lack of evidence or after charges of grievous offences were dropped
