While there are 60,000 projects ongoing in the state through 3 other verticals, the government has so far failed in attracting the interest of private developers.
These applications were received from 56 lakh farmers' families, an official statement issued by state cooperation minister Subhash Deshmukh said.
"This MoU is to help with implementation strategy, legal systems, policies, technologies and information in infrastructure development," a release from the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) said.
