Dikshit, who reached here tonight from Delhi as part of Congress' poll campaign, said the state has been going backwards all these years under the regimes of Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samaj Party and BJP.
"What you have speculated for so long is true this time. Sheila Dikshit is the CM face for UP," senior leader Janardhan Dwivedi said at a press conference.
