CBI today told the Supreme Court that it has got evidence against DMK MP Dayanidhi Maran in 2G spectrum scam and will file an FIR against him within a couple of days for various offences including showing 'undue favour' shown to Aircel.

The telecom ministry is examining the issue of canceling licenses for not meeting the rollout obligation. In the mean time telecom secretary Chandra Shekhar on Tuesday said that the penalty will be also levied on the old telecom players who did not meet the rolled out obligations.
