Raj Thackeray rally against Railway conditions draws crowds in Mumbai

While Raj Thackeray is yet to arrive for the rally, hoardings and banners against the much-hyped Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project have been put up at various places.

As Raj Thackeray called on Mumbaikars to join his protest against train services in Mumbai following the Elphinstone stampede, irate city dwellers took to the streets in large numbers. Hundreds of MNS supporters gathered at the Metro cinema at Marine lines on Thursday morning.

While Raj Thackeray is yet to arrive for the rally, hoardings and banners against the much-hyped Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project have been put up at various places.

Soon after the stampede in Mumbai, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray on Saturday threatened not to allow the construction of bullet train infrastructure in Mumbai until the existing rail network was fixed.
