Manik Sarkar: Poorest CM or poor man's CM?
Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar is the poorest Chief Minister in India, holding assets worth Rs 26 lakh, according to the ADR report.
Sarkar has been Tripura's Chief Minister since 1998, making him the state's longest serving Chief Minister.
