Discussing its quarterly earnings, Jagran Prakashan CFO RK Agarwal said the improvement in margin â€“ from 11.29 percent to 13.31 percent -- was driven by advertising revenue growth for its flagship Dainik Jagran daily, as well as operation improvement in its acquired brands such as Mid Day.
Jagran Prakashan aims revenue growth of about 13-14 percent for FY15.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, RK Agarwal, CFO, Jagran Prakashan spoke about the way forward for the company.
RK Agarwal, CFO, Jagran Prakashan said in FY11, the group had a turnover of about Rs 12 crore from digital business. “We will be investing roughly about Rs 16-17 crore in digital business this year,” he added.
