A "Sanatani Cricket League" is being organised by the Sanatani Nyas Foundation on October Saturday at New Delhi's Karnail Singh Stadium, according to ABP Ganga.
Mathura's religious orator Devkinandan Thakur is organising the event. The funds raised from this event will be dedicated to helping the flood victims. Four teams will reportedly participate in T-20 format. The matches will be telecast live on social media and YouTube channels.
According to reports, the entry into the event will be completely free.
These four teams have been given unique names. Devkinandan Maharaj's team is called Vrindavan Warriors, Dhirendra Krishna Shastri will captain the Bajrang Blasters, Indresh Upadhyay will captain the Radhe Royals, and Chinmayanand Bapu's team will be called Raghav Riders., stated the ABP report.
