Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren shared a photograph of him and his two sons as the JMM-led INDIA alliance is poised to cross the majority mark in JKharkhand in the 80-seat assembly.
Sharing the picture on X that has gone viral, Soren wrote, "My strength."
According to the latest trends, the INDIA bloc was leading in 56 seats including JMM's lead in 33 seats, Congress's in 14 and RJD's in four.
The state witnessed a high-octane campaign amid widespread talk of anti-incumbency.
The victory is a shot in the arm for chief minister Hemant Soren, who faced several legal setbacks in the run up to the elections and worked fiercely to consolidate the tribal votes in his alliance's favour.
