The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday warned against forwarding a propaganda video made by terrorist outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed.
It is reportedly a five-minute 55-second video with a poster of “Phantom”, a 2015 Hindi film featuring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif.
The J&K police has issued the following guidelines:
•First, they will not forward it in any manner to anyone
•Second, they will report by a message as to who have they received this propaganda video from. Mention the telephone number and the date and time of the receipt of the video.
•Police officers shall report it to their supervisory officer and civil officers should equally report it to their supervisory officers by way of a text message. Under no circumstances, this video shall be forwarded. It should be remembered that position and forwarding of content of this nature is an offence under section 13 and 18 of UAPA.

Meanwhile, an Indian soldier was injured after militants attacked a post set up by the security forces near the house of Shaurya Chakra awardee Parshotam Kumar in the Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir during the early hours of Monday.
Officials confirmed the militant attack around 3.10 am in the Gunda Khawas village. Sources told Indian Express that the injured soldier was part of the security forces’ post recently set up near Kumar’s house.
When asked whether Kumar’s house was the target, a senior officer said they received input about an attack after which the security post was set up near his house.
The Pakistani outfit, founded by UN-designated terrorist Maulana Masood Azhar, is said to be behind staging a terror attack in Jammu's Doda last week.
