In a major attack on national capital, Delhi was rocked on November 10 after a high-intensity blast ripped through a car parked near the Red Fort area.
The severe blast led to deaths of at least 10 people and several were reported critically injured, official said.
Police sounded a high alert in Delhi, Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh following the blast. Several fire tenders were rushed to the spot with police cordoning off the area, the Delhi Fire Services (DFS) said.

Faridabad Connection?
The car that was used for the blast was registered in Haryana, with the owner of the vehicle not yet clear. Some reports said the car has been sold multiple times and the current owner is an individual from Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district.
Significantly, the blast comes a few hours after Jammu and Kashmir police recovered 360 kg of suspected ammonium nitrate and a cache of arms and ammunition from a Kashmiri doctor’s rented accommodation in Haryana’s Faridabad.
The recovery comes days after an AK-47 rifle was found in the personal locker of Dr Adeel, who is a senior resident at the Government Medical College (GMC) in Anantnag, News 18 had reported earlier. The arrest led police officials to another doctor, who has now been detained for questioning, officials said.
The Haryana Police also arrested Dr Muzammil from Faridabad’s Dhauj area and recovered explosive materials, weapons, and timers from his rented house

The accused, a teacher at Al Falah University, was reportedly wanted in a case related to terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed in Srinagar.
In addition, a woman doctor has emerged as a crucial suspect in the Faridabad explosives case, according to multiple media reports.

The woman doctor was reportedly an acquaintance of Dr Muzzamil, who is the Faridabad-based medical practitioner who was earlier arrested in the case. She is currently being questioned by the police in Jammu and Kashmir, reports said.
