Maruti Suzuki, TCS and BHEL Among Winners of 11th Edition of BML Munjal Awards for Business Excellence Through Learning & Development

Winners of the prestigious BML Munjal Awards for Business Excellence through Learning & Development were awarded on the first day of the Mindmine Summit held in the National Capital on Thursday. The Awards were organized by Mindmine Institute, part of Hero Corporate Service Pvt Ltd.

The winners for the 2016 edition who were chosen after a stringent 7-stage process by an independent jury are –
 

1. Public Sector Undertaking category - BHEL
2. Private Sector (Manufacturing) category – Maruti Suzuki
3. Special jury Recommendation in Private Sector (Manufacturing) category – Lupin
4. Private Sector (Services) category – Tata Consultancy Services
5. Sustained Excellence category – Tata Steel
6. Emerging Stars category – iQor

 
The annual BML Munjal Awards recognize organizations that have successfully created and implemented innovative strategies for learning and development, using people development as a tool to achieve Business Excellence. The Awards also recognize organizations that have used their training initiatives to create competitive advantages and enable growth for their companies.

The BML Munjal Awards are one of the most sought after recognitions in the area of Learning & Development. The Awards are organized by Hero Corporate Service Private Limited, a Hero Group company. The Awards are named after the late Hero Group Chairman and Padma Bhushan Awardee Dr. Brijmohan Lall Munjal.
